Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by If you like sleeping in a rain forest... The room was damp and humid. Our socks were soaked and dirty from the carpet. The staff, while very nice, could not or would not do anything about it. Sorry...we're booked solid. Can't move you. The desk staff needs more training. They don't know procedure and they don't listen. If you have to stay here, make sure you ask for the kids eat free voucher cause they won't give them to you otherwise. The restaurant is slow, understaffed, and got our order wrong. Food was average. This HI has too much to fix. Stay somewhere else... August 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Beds are comfy Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Andrew provided some of the best customer service I've ever received at a hotel. Sauna was great. Kids loved the indoor volleyball and basketball area and the ping pong tables. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The AC unit was loud and it was almost impossible to maintain a comfortable temp. I spent more than two hours on the first night working with the front desk and security along with a half hour on the phone with the tech support all to be told my room was too far from the router to get wifi. Talking with other hotel visitors, they also were unable to get wifi. The hotel security indicated they have this problem on a daily basis. Not sure how a hotel can advertise free high speed internet when there is no internet at all. August 6, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel needs updating - Resturant disgusting! The hotel room was dirty, had no toilet paper, kleenex or soap to wash your hands. The food in the resturant was disgusitng. The deep fryer oil had obviously not been changed in a very long time. It left almost black oil on the plate. This hotel needs to be updated. The resturant needs new managment! Do not stay here, it's not worth the money! August 5, 2014
