Everything was clean and appeared normal but this Holiday Inn is far lower in quality than those I have stayed at in other countries. October 4, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by не советую Уважаемые представители гостиницы, я бывал во многих гостиницах вашей сети, но в этот раз сервис был на самом низком уровне: попросил номер для некурящих, но почему то по вечерам в номере чувствовался запах дыма табака. Абсолютная неразбериха с расчетами, которая привела к снятию с карты сотрудника, который организовывал бронирование, денежных средств. Когда мне понадобилась батарейка АА в мышку, я спустился на ресепшен и спросил где я могу взять такую батарейку – мне сказали, что я должен выйти из гостиницы, перейти дорогу и пойти на заправочную станцию, и там, может быть мне удастся купить эту батарейку. Неужели тех денег которые я оплатил за проживание (почти 200 тыс тенге) не достаточно для того что бы просто дать эту копеечную батарейку на ресепшене? Ко всему вышеперечисленному после выезда из отеля мне пришло письмо, в котором меня просили оплатить энергетический напиток минибара, который я не пил, даже не открывал минибар! Я крайне недоволен последним проживанием в вашей гостинице. September 21, 2015
