The had all the amenities from wifi intenrnet, a fridge, kettle and tea and coffee, and also some fruit had been put in the room for my arrival, which was a very welcome suprise. April 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff but Dirty room The Guest room was not clean, the carpets need to be changed, the bathroom should be fixed. It's a quite new venue as I know but the room looked run-down. The service is nice, though. The hotel staff was cautious and helpful. Comparing to Holiday Inn St. Petersburg both in quality and prices The Holiday Inn Almaty provides worse experience. April 27, 2015

Меню в ресторане разнообразное, готовят вкусно. Каждый день во время обеда к гостям выходит шеф-повар и у каждого интересуется, понравился ли обед. Можно здесь же поблагодарить его или дать рекомендации. В конференц-зале хорошее кондиционирование. В номерах каждый день меняют полотенца, что, мне думается, излишне (надо думать об экологии). Очень удобно также то, что есть чайник, чай, кофе в номере. В целом впечат��ение хорошее, останавливаюсь здесь не в первый раз и другим рекомендую. April 21, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Не тот что раньше Я останавливалась в Холидай Инн Алматы уже 3 раза до того. Всегда мне нравилось. Но ясно, что время не стоит на месте. Отель стареет, а достаточных мер для его поддержания в порядке, видимо, не вкладывается. Сантехника не чинится, номера не обновляются, вид из окна на унылую стройку. Уехала разочарованной.
