Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recent business stay. The Holiday Inn Binghamton was upgraded since my last stay there. It was clean and bright inside and the staff were very professional and pleasant. My room was clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the fitness center which was rather small and has only one treadmill a bike machine and a couple elipticals. So if more than 3 or 4 people wish to use it at the same time they may be out of luck for a preferred machine. August 18, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Small rooms but great staff The room was small. Beds where big. pool was nice but cold and the windows about the pool were broken. the towels for the pool are way to small! the bad looked great and the prices were not to bad. elevators made more noise then i would have liked! bathroom door handle was broken. shower was way to hot and could barley get cold! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel We were traveling and didn't have reservations but luckily saw a sign for the Holiday Inn. We were lucky that a room was available. We were so happy to find out that there was a resturant that was open. It was a relief not to have to go back out again. The resturant was wonderful. The decor of the entire hotel was very nice. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not happy booked 2 reward nights. arrived after midnight. Receiptionist could not locate our reservation evn though I called in advance to notify of late arrival. They told me on the phone that was ok. They processed it as one night stay and did not clean the room the next day. We had no towels, the bed was not made. very disappointing expirience. not using this hotel for more than 1 night anymore. August 8, 2014
