Nice room, friendly staff...within walking distance to where we were going for the night and plenty of restaurants/bars close by...would definitely stay there again.

Couple issues: Only 1 full size towel when from the making of the reservation a month earlier and repeated during subsequent phone calls, it was known I would have a guest. It was a bit awkward when my guest did not have a towel to use and I had to call down to the desk. Thankfully replacements were brought quickly but this should not have been an issue in the first place. Also I made sure during 2 different phone calls that my guest would be able to check in before I did. This was confirmed over the phone both times and the spelling of my guests name repeated back to me. Yet my guest was not allowed to check in before me.
Those specific issues aside, a GREAT room. I loved the comfort the bed pillows curtains shower everything was great TV crisp and close to the bed. I would come back in a heartbeat. I just would be pretty annoyed if the issues mentioned above happened again.

Compared to other holiday inns I would say this is on the low end of the scale. Gym is lacking and food service in the morning is very slow.

Very reliable hotel. Staff is cheerful and the place is clean. My bathroom was tiny but everything was there. VERY comfortable beds!
