Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Over night visit We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection to pick from, and everything was very good. The only issue I had was with the heating unit. It was a bit loud and would wake me every time it kicked on. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter in college. March 2, 2015

Took a little while to check in but there were issues with other guests in front of me and finally another person came to assist and it sped up the process. Pillows could use an upgrade - took 3 of the 4 to finally get somewhat comfortable. Great hotel - they do take pride in appearance. Very close to dinner and shopping downtown. Checkout was fast and he was very friendly. I've stayed here many times and will contine to in the future. February 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel Uncomfortable night stay Our stay started out with no parking on premise due to a comedy show that evening... It then dragged into our floor being the complete drunken adults throwing themselves against our door and screaming into the night for about 2 1/2 hours.. Security was called several times and a few people escorted off premise... 3AM the floor finally passed out and after feeling safe we were able to close our eyes at around 4AM... Luckily we didn't have to explain to any kids on what what going on and about the drugs they were very loudly talking about outside our door... February 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Acceptable quality room My overall impression of this hotel is that the hotel is a quality hotel with nothing to detract from having a comfortable stay. The room with two double beds was rather small for more than two people and I did hear some conversation from adjoining rooms. I spent mostly sleeping time and time for personal hygiene in the room since the business meetings took longer than expected. February 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hot Beverages at Lobby Coffee ran out. Tea selection was very limited. Did not have Stevia as sugar substitute. Other popular non-sugar sweeteners were not truly healthy. Brown or raw sugar would be better instead. February 16, 2015
