Awesome front desk team Fozia Bart Kris to name a few are always welcoming and can hold a genuine conversation. Rooms are immaculate and the dining experience during dinner and breakfast service is always relaxed I definitely recommend this hotel if you require 5Star service! February 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Airport Hotel? If you can find the shuttle bus! The Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport is a ten minute shuttle from the train station. After leaving the airport/train station shuttle, continue for the signs to the train station. At the train station, continue following the bus stop signs. DO NOT FOLLOW THE SIGNS TO THE NEC. Continue past the first set of elevators, crossing a road underneath, then take the down escalator at the next set of elevators. Continue out of the building heading towards the taxi rank. There are two white bus shelters after the taxi rank on the left. Wait in the second bus shelter and look out for the white Holiday Inn shuttle bus coming from the opposite direction. The bus is on the hour and every half hour. The guest room is acceptable, but the room was cold on arrival. The room heater was noisy - especially on maximum setting to heat the room. The room furniture is looking tired. February 26, 2015
