I usually stay in IHG hotels in Asia so maybe my expectations were too high but this hotel felt like a very basic Holiday Inn express.

The food was mediocre, and overcooked. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by njs1949 Great service for airport travellers
Hotel was very good with helpful staff. Organisation of transfer to airport good.
On way back we arrived very late ( 1:30 am) but still only had to wait about 10 mins for transfer bus to arrive.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by rhiwderin_ray clean , comfortable convenient.
The Bristol Airport Inn is about a ten minute drive from Bristol Airport and is clean and comfortable.
There is good car parking and the hotel operate a shuttle bus (not used).
We only had breakfast which was buffet style and good.
Check-in and out was efficient and the reception area displays airport departures on a screen. Public lounge is comfortable and there is a childrens play area at the rear of the hotel.
Internet speed is fine and the general appearance of the rooms and reception area is of a good standard.

As on a previous visit, I feel comfortable and safe at this Holiday Inn venue, and the staff are all friendly and professional.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JayJayH1968 Worst night's sleep ever!
I stayed at this hotel recently, prior to an early morning flight from Bristol Airport. The hotel itself is very nice, and is perfectly situated, but the soundproofing is abysmal. We were kept awake virtually all night not only by other guests slamming doors in the hallways but also by a large group of drunken people out in the garden. We rang down to reception twice and the staff were very apologetic, but our sleep was still very badly disturbed. When we checked out at 3.30am, these people were still drinking in the bar. Surely the hotel could introduce stricter controls about serving alcohol to those already clearly inebriated, or at the very least prevent them from going into the garden in the middle of the night?
