Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 holiday inn Bristol Airport The flow of wager in the bathroom was more of a drip! There was no water pressure at all. We paid to park and fly, with free transfers to and from the airport, but on return they wanted to charge us. Luckily we queried this and pointed out we were on a park and fly package and the charges were removed. We felt a free breakfast shoukd have been included in the price. November 12, 2014

Could not hear the planes in the bedroom which was a concern when booking. November 12, 2014

Left car at hotel for week which was very convenient. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very enjoyable. Will certainly use again when flying from Bristol November 8, 2014

Excellent accommodation and facilities and lovely meal in the restaurant with very attentive and friendly staff. Leaving the car here and using the hotel shuttle service was an added bonus. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One night visit Return visit and as usual it was only for one night. Staff are very good - hotel is well situated and the layout is quite good. Room could be spruced up a bit but pretty good compared to some. I will use this hotel again without hesitation. Never used restaurant but room service was good on this occasion. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic stay, great value, very comfortable. Holiday Inn near Bristol airport, is ideal for people needing an overnight stay after a late flight, or an early morning start. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly and the food and drinks of a high standard. There is a hotel pick up and drop off service to and from the airport, which is very welcome after a long flight. I would recommend the hotel and stay there again when using Bristol airport. I would be very careful when checking in at this hotel I had prepaid for my room on arrival I was told that I couldn't have paid for the room as it was a flexi rate. Even on production of my payment on my Ipad to the reception staff I was still not refunded they would have to look into it.Finally got a refund after I had chased before I checked out. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding guest nightmare We had our wedding locally, and were recommended that our guests stay at this hotel who would give them a reduced rate and organise a transfer. We had problems from the start: - guests were unable to book - the hotel told them they hadn't heard of our wedding - guests were told there weren't any rooms, when there were - I had to email our guest list so they could cross reference their bookings - guests who booked online were denied breakfast - guests had to pay £5 extra to park there - the transfer bus left several people stranded. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable clean room unnecessary parking charges Having stayed several times at the Holiday Inn I have always found the rooms very clean and comfortable and staff polite and helpful. The new parking charges are not appreciated and do not set the scene for a happy stay - the poor receptionist had a lot of disgruntled guests to deal with. Furthermore , the car park was completely full and no spaces available but charges still applied! September 25, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location We stayed here before our flight from Bristol Airport. I had read the reviews on the hotel and was a little wary of what I would find. The hotel is tired and must be due for a refurbishment but we could not fault the cleanliness of the room. We had dinner at the hotel and value for money was very good, I had the burger and my husband a pasta dish. Wine was good value as well. Michael who served us was excellent and it was nice to be served by someone so polite and courteous. My only gripe was the car parking. I am assuming that you can book stay and park deals so that reduces the number of spaces for overnight guests. The duty manger (who was very pleasant) moved his own car so we could park but really this is not acceptable, We were going to go out for dinner but thought better of it once we had a car park space. We would stay here again is we were flying out from Bristol on a early morning flight September 25, 2014

We parked and were asked to move; when we wanted to leave in the morning we were blocked and had to ask reception to move a vehicle. Not good. September 25, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good Room - Everything else is terrible We stayed the evening before an early flight. No recognition for reward club members on arrival. The car park fee is disgusting, especially as there is no where else to park nearby. Our evening meal - the actual food itself was ok (not great, just ok) the service was appalling - after we had to constantly ask the waitress when our meal would be served (45 minutes to wait for a main meal is rather long) when the meal did arrive I asked for black pepper, the waitress said she would fetch some over then went and stood by the welcome table for no reason - there no was no-one waiting to come into the restaurant so again I had to remind her about the black pepper, the same with the drinks. It seems staff need to be reminded a few times for the meal to be served, the drinks we ordered 30 minutes ago to be served, the bill etc. Service which should only take a few minutes takes 30 minutes each time. On check out the lady at reception asked us how our stay was and to be honest, which we were. She apologised and said she would get the manager to contact me to discuss our stay. I am not surprised the manager still hasn't contacted me despite the receptionist being given my email address and telephone number. September 19, 2014
