Not having stayed before and being late to arrive before flying the following morning, staff could not have been more helpful. The restaurant staff were very knowledgeable as to the destination we were flying to. Documentation needed for travelling had been left at home however the exceptional staff at the front desk at 6 am were invaluable!
Huge thank and will definately stay again

We use the Holiday Inn when flying from Bristol. We are always met with a warm welcome at reception and as a Priority Club member our room is always allocated prior to arrival.
Rooms are always well presented, well appointed, comfortable and warm, we can also be upgraded subject to availability, which is always a nice gesture. We tend to eat in the bar area not the restuarant as the meal choice meets our requirements, is always delivered quickly and the quality is great.
The airport is such a short drive away staying at the hotel means when flying early from Bristol we do not have to get up exceptionally early and are considerably more relaxed after a great nights sleep and a very short journey to check in.
We will continue to use the Holiday Inn Bristol Airport and will book for our September vacation.

The Reception Desk was excellent, they were helpful and welcoming from the momenmt you entered the front door.
Taxi service to the airport was again very good and would definetely use it again and recommend it to my friends and colleagues

The first room we were allocated was not as we had booked. We were then shown a room which was occupied and finally we took the room for disabled people. My wife is partially disabled so that promised to be fine. The room furnishings are tired and the carpet and furniture needs a good clean. The wet room drainage was inadequate and threatened to flow into the room. The whole room experience was a very bad start to our holiday.
The maitre de was excellent and very hospitable and helpful.

We were disappointed with the lack of comfort of our single beds. They were very hard and in one bed you could feel the spring poking through.
The rest of the stay was fine.

We have stayed here several times as it really is good for the airport. Sadly, the car park was full and we had to pay full price for a last minute space in the airport. However, the most disappointing thing was the restaurant. The evening meal was very poor. We ordered "mackerel" but were delivered herring - without an option to order something else. Even then, it really wasn't very good at all. Both meals were really quite bad and for this reason, we will not stay here again.

we arrived approx 22.30pm and the staff were very efficient in getting us booked in quickly. There was also an offer on the breakfast and we had a full english for £5 each. The room was spotless, and very comfortable bed.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation - my main criteria - but with a few niggles. Room was far too hot at night and even though I turned the air conditioning on, it made no difference to the temperature. Windows were not openable. The booked alarm call did not happen, so glad I had my trusty alarm clock as back-up. The lighting was 'soft' but completely useless for doing make-up etc. The wifi unit was hidden behind the TV and I only discovered it just before I checked out - and I had hoped to use my laptop. I had assumed wifi was not available. There was no information about the restaurant in the room, until I accidentally discovered all the information a guest could possibly want on the TV! But if you didn't use the TV you wouldn't know where to find this info! Restaurant was OK although decor was very brown and dark (perhaps this is the latest thing) but I felt it was dreary. Restaurant and bar staff were delightful and very helpful although there was no-one around when I went to breakfast at 7.30am and had to get a receptionist to hunt someone down. Breakfast was good, if a little expensive. Hotel is very handy for Bristol Airport so ideal for early flights but car park was full and overflowing so make sure you book a space. I was not advised to do this when I booked so was lucky to find a space.

Stayed before flying on holiday the following day.
First impression was a customer focused and well delivered service at check in, nothing too much trouble,
Room was excellent and very clean.
Resturant service, quality and price again excellent.
Would certainly recommend and will most definately be booking again.

Stayed at the hotel on 26th & 27th Dec.
Room,comfort and food were good but the hotel has in my opinion, been let down by its treatment of disabled visitors. There are 4 parking spaces for disabled visitors and during my stay and 3 of these were being used by cars which did not display the blue disabled badge, but prominently displayed were notices signed by the manager which gave approval to the owners leave the cars more than 1 day and in one case the remain until 2nd 0r 3rd Jan.
When I complained to rthe receptionist, response was a shrug of the shoulders and "Well! We've been very busy"
Does the hotel have NO regard for disabled guests??

I had great expectation having stayed here 1 year before and even been invited to complimentary breakfast however I was sadly disappointed. It had been a bad journey... delays and strikes in Madrid, we hadn't eaten and were tired. On arrival we felt a cold reception which I put down to tiredness...it wasn't! I asked for a beer and was informed that after 11.00 I had to pay by credit card ok I gave my Visa, in Spain we swipe + ID, didn't know the pin so changed to another card. As I went to accept I noticed I was being charged 32 Euros so I questioned it only for the receptionist to become defensive cancel the operation and "throw" my key at me.... no beer! We went upstairs where my 15 year old son asked me what had happened I said I didn't know so I returned downstairs only to be told I was being difficult, awkward, that I had questioned his proffessionalism and spoken down to him. My son later said that the reverse was truer. He explained that he was doing me a favour as a 50 pound deposit was usually required... for 1 beer?, and finally offered me a complimentary beer which I refused! I have given everything 1 ratings..... there were no 0s......because I couldn't sleep or enjoy anything after this experience. I'm not asking for anything except why. Why did I start my Xmas holiday with tears rolling down my face in the lobby of this hotel?

From entering the Hotel everything went very smoothly. The staff were helpful and polite. The food was good and nicely served, The accommodation was very comfortable and I will certainly use the Hotel again.

Same two rounds of bar drinks different prices. Shuttle service to and from Airport £3.50 per person each way. Appeared to be complimentary on website. Receptionist asked if we required return to Airport but didn't book us onto a shuttle!

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis before flying from Bristol Airport. On all these occasions the booking and payment is made by my company, and to date, I have no adverse issues with the Hotel.
However, I decided to make a booking using my Priority Club Points for a long overdue weekend away with my wife to visit the surrounding area and in particular, Bristol.
I was bitterly disappointed by the aparent "disintrest" of the reception staff and in the fact they insisted on an E mail from my company, comfirming the use of my points for this booking. It was pointed out that this would not be possible on a Saturday evening and would have to wait until Monday. However the booking was for one night only.
My wife and I were made to feel very uncomfortable and un welcome, to the extent we left early the following morning, without bothering to have breakfast, and went home having our weekend away spoilt.
I have stayed elswhere using my points and have been made welcome, I will not be doing the same again at Bristol.
I will have to continue to use the hotel for business but it certainly will not be a pleasure.

Living in N.Devon, Bristol airport isa good choice for use on holidays abroad. Staying at the Holiday Inn the night before the flight and the night on the return takes the stress out of travelling. Bristol airport Holiday in gave us excactly what we needed.

Close to the ariport, with comfortable rooms and a warm reception. Food for eveing meal good, but a long wait for it and expesnive for waht it is (even with the 10% discount we were given).

The room wasn't particularly clean. For some reason there was a almost empty carton of milk in the fridge that must have gone off at least a week ago.
The bathroom was not particularly clean and the tissue box was broken and fell off the wall
The mock juiliet balcony outside the window was filthy and not good to have to look at
It was not possible to open the windows and the room smelt strongly of chip fat so obviously the kitchen extractor fan is venting into the corridor and room.
Alll in all an unpleasant experience.

We decided to stay here as my partner had a very early flight out of Bristol Airport the next day. The room was very comfortable and well equiped.
We did not eat at the hotel, as we stopped off at a nearby pub on the way to the hotel. However, we did have a couple of drinks, which were relatively expensive.
The shuttle bus service was ideal the next morning.
I would stay at this hotel again

The room was o.k complimentary tea and coffee was limited to Earl grey great if you like Earl grey , we had to ask for milk and teabags at reception.
Booked in the restaurant at 6.30 for a meal. Though the restaurant was empty we had to wait ages before a member of the waiting staff acknowledge us. We ordered starters and main, all I can say is that the starter was awful, the main which was a chicken dish was cold, vegetables served hot but not cooked, when we complained they took our meal away, re served it on the same plate, had it been placed in a microwave and reheated? the chicken was rubber and if I had thrown it I am sure it would have bounced back on the plate, the broccoli had been replaced with frozen peas . There were no serving spoons in fact it was a very unpleasant experience though after complaining we were offered free drinks, which may have been a kind gesture but if your hungry its food you want not drinks. we were told the chef was off sick then don't open the restaurant It is not worth the money, and because you are away from the main hub there is no other eating places nearby so you have very little choice. I would never eat again there neither would I recommend it to any of my business colleagues or friends. saying that the reception staff (one man) in the morning was very and helpful.

I travel a lot around the world with my job and I can confirm that this is one of the best Holiday Inn , or hotel , I have ever stayed in. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable very quiet , perfection!
The hotel is well run and lots of little extras which indicate that attention to detail is important.
Staff were just brilliant very helpful , polite , efficient and smart; they are a credit to the Holiday Inn name.
Thank you for making a great start to our family holiday. I hope we can stay here again some time soon.

Love staying at the Holiday Inn Bristol! Staff at Reception are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed bar and lounge area with a good choice of food available. Rooms are always cleaned to a high standard and comfortable. We always stay overnight the day before we fly from Bristol as it is so convenient for the Airport and it takes the stress out of trying to travel up in the same day. Always a great start to our holidays! Thank you Holiday Inn!

Generally the hotel provided everything we needed for a night with an early start next morning.
The restaurant was cramped and service was slow. Felt like a hotel with a monopoly market
The big problem though was the receptionist who with no provocation was inexcusibly rude and unhelpful. No we couldn't park in the hotel car park, no there was no room on the transit to the airport next morning. This despite these having been the reasons for booking at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed by the variety, quality and cost of the food in the restaurant. We had lamb shank and chicken and both were bland and unappetising.
You should be able to do so much better.

The mattress was not comfortable, twin beds were extremely narrow. The one thing any hotel should get right is the mattress. We felt let down.
