Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 a very reasonable service I called in room service from one of my rooms and they didn't answer. the night before I called from the other room for some extra bedding and they said they were going to bring it and it didn't come. Wifi is very slow and if you want faster you have to pay extra. Otherwise everything was good, just some small hurdles. February 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Customer Service at Check-In Have stayed a couple times at the Cambridge Holiday Inn and have always found staff here to be really polite and helpful. The receptionist kindly let me into our room early so I could do some work in comfort. Our dinner in the Junction Restaurant that evening was also very nice. I will definitely use this Holiday Inn when visiting Cambridge again. February 10, 2016

Food in the bar seemed overpriced compared to the other HI's I stay in. Perhaps everyone coming to Cambridge is on expense accounts. Otherwise a good stay. February 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect spot to unwind I used this on a Friday and Sunday night, both times after a lot of driving. It was absolutely perfect as a hotel to unwind, relax, and "de-kink" my body. It is a peaceful location, but it is the staff who make it such an enjoyable place to stay. Their friendliness and warmth help you to unwind immediately. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. As an IHG Rewards Club member, I felt valued and appreciated from the moment I walked in the door. Highly recommended.. As a bonus, I was even able to see my beloved Central Coast Mariners football team beating Wellington on the TV! February 4, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Below average room quality and poor service I have stayed at this Holiday Inn for the past month and the majority of the rooms I have stayed in are of low quality and tired design. I have yet to stay in a room with working heating (air con) which is a major issue in freezing temperatures. Also, the radiator is often under the window and covered by the thick ceiling-to-floor curtains so no heat can escape to warm the room. In addition, the signal quality for TV channels varies greatly from room-to-room, and so does the wifi signal. More often than not, I have to use my mobile phone for internet instead. However, the main issue with the Holiday Inn is the quality of the service. At breakfast, I often have to wait 5 minutes to be seated at a table (why can't I seat myself??) and the 2 items I eat are regularly finished and not replaced (scrambled eggs and greek yogurt). Ordering them from the breakfast staff has a mixed response, either nothing will arrive (i.e. request ignored) or they will arrive after 15 minutes. I am staying at the hotel on business and time in the morning is precious. February 1, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Good stay let down by poor maintenance and staff Overall, a good stay in a comfortable and clean hotel. Window was broken in the room however, which meant that the room was very cold (a January night) and noisy, which impacted how well I slept. Despite raising this with reception, nothing was done to fix during my 48 hour stay. February 1, 2016
