Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed my stay I enjoyed my stay from the moment we checked in. The front desk attendant was very personable. I later needed to purchase something for a headache and the manager on duty was very nice and explained the hotel policy and gave me directions to the nearest Target stores. My room was clean. However, I did find a few stains on the sinks that appeared to be coffee stains. The cleaning staff didn't smile much. Whenever I encountered them, I spoke or smiled but I didn't get a really warm feel from them like the front desk person and manager on duty. Overall, my stay was great but I was a tad bit disappointed that you didn't serve any type of meat on the breakfast bar that we could eat. I called downstairs to ask beforehand (we don't eat beef or pork). Therefore, we had to eat someplace else. Other than a few minor issues, we would definitely stay again! Thanks :) April 29, 2015

However, my husband and I stayed in the suite with the hot tub (specifically, that is why we chose this one over others in the area) and it was not functioning. The area around the button was even chipped off. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The only other down fall was that breakfast was not continental - and I've had better continental breakfasts with other chains. April 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room but breakfast was expensive As business traveler, I stay in many hotels, both Holiday Inns as well as other chains. This is the first one I've stayed in that had a $10.00 breakfast!! I couldn't believe it! I stay in another nearby Holiday Inn that has the free breakfast (and all offered that I would need). While the room was very nice and comfortable and the hotel seemed nice enough, I probably will not stay again for that reason. I only get a certain amount per diem for meals and it certainly isn't $10.00 for breakfast. During my stay there were lots of kids running up and down the hallway I was on and it was pretty late (around 9:00PM or later). If you are traveling for pleasure and don't mind forking out the money for the breakfast, it was a very nice hotel. Again, rooms were very nice, staff seemed nice and everything that I saw seemed clean. April 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by recommend but bring your on wi-fi Everything was good to excellent except the Wi-Fi caused me to have to rate only 3 stars. As a business traveler the Wi-Fi in the evening is more important to me. Sleep is second but everything else is icing. In today's technology it makes no sense for the Wi-Fi to be as slow as dial up. To make sure it wasn't something to do with my equipment I set up a Hotspot on my phone and had no issues at all. I hope someone with IHG does something about this issue. My recommendation is if Wi-Fi is not important stay and you'll be extremely satisfied. Otherwise I suggest you stay at another IHG property location. April 25, 2015

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff the wonderful Cocktail dinner arrangements . Your staff were a real credit to you - very attentive, polite and everything ran very smoothly. The room was a perfect size for the number of guests. The hotel service has a great quality, both because of its comfortable and appropriate facilities, as well as service and constant concern for our comfort. Thank you especially for being aware of our requirements. Thanks again to the team that made our team stay a good time, comforting and secure. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our Corporate Employees . We are sure that when everyone return to your city, they will go back to your hotel.
