Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First time in ChengDu and Very Pleased My first time in ChengDu on a business trip from the USA. The hotel is very convenient to the IBM site here in ChengDu. The room was nice. I came from the US and do not speak the local Chinese language. There was a little bit of confusion when I first arrived. I came to the West Tower instead of the East Tower. The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. The welcome fruit plate was nice. I had a comfortable stay -- very quiet and relaxing after the long day at work. The bed and pillows are nice, clean and soft. The experience overall was good, although one would think that a business travel room rate would include some sort of complementary breakfast similar to The Intercontinental Hotel that I always stay in Dalian (CN). The room rates are the same. Definitely will stay here again if and when I return to China. December 6, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 不错的酒店 房间还是比较舒适的。卫生间洗手台太小了,东西不够放。房间的空调不是很好,温度不太好调节。 员工很nice。 早餐很丰富,品种和品质不错 。 不太满意的是 1.房间有点新装修完的味道。 2.东楼没有健身房,也没有商务中心,行政酒廊在装修不可以使用。有点不方便。 October 16, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 入住体验 整体入住体验尚可。 1. 入住很晚,房间安排的不错,就是没有无线网络,关于网络差,第二天和酒店沟通后,给我调换了信号好的房间,这个很满意。 2. 第二晚在凌晨12点多洗澡时,出现了停水现象。值班经理由于从西楼过来,花了一些时间,在此期间,工程部的人员来房间查看过2次,还是没有解决。值班经理最后和工程部的人员解决了用水问题。但是刚刚来的水浑浊不堪,没有办法洗澡。整个过程折腾了1个小时。很晚又没有办法休息,这一点让我感觉不太舒服。至此酒店的值班经理除过道歉,没有任何安抚的举措。 3.入住办理入住期间,没有人帮忙提行李。被告之是上夜班只有前台一位员工上班,没有行李生。这一点有点不尽人意。 4. 入住期间,前台的Owen服务很耐心,很细心,聊了聊当地的好吃和旅游去处。让我有地主之谊的感觉。谢谢。 5. 退房时需要胶带和纸箱及饭盒打包东西,酒店的行李生和前台服务员以及餐厅的领位都很耐心的帮了忙。在此非常感谢。 总之,不愉快的case都可以被有些服务抹平了。我还会再次入住,也会推荐给朋友入住。 October 10, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Non-smoking does not mean NON-smoking in China... This was my 6th stay at an IHG hotel in China. Without fail at every stay I received a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke from the previous guest(s). Walking down the corridor of a non-smoking floor, you can smell smoke coming out of rooms designated non-smoking. I even saw a housekeeper pass an ashtray to a guest in a non-smoking room. Perhaps IHG in China should implement a penalty policy like in some countries where if you are found smoking in a non-smoking room you are charged a high $$$ fee for cleaning of the room. Or - perhaps just don't offer non-smoking rooms as it's a farce anyways! September 6, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 总体可以,稍有欠缺 会员入住会有水果赠送,可能是服务员忙忘了,忘记了送水果,两天打了两次电话询问,得到的答复都是会为您安排,直到入住4晚理店时也没有见到承诺的兑现,到时离店前晚上接到了酒店客户满意度调查的电话,才把心中的不舒服表达了一下,看来这个退房前的满意度调查还是能在一定程度上,缓解客人在心中的不舒服,希望下次酒店可以改进。整体的入住感觉还是挺好的,因此会首选假日 August 3, 2013
