Standard room: There are some rooms if not all where beds are small in size. So if possible should be increased in size at least 5x6.

The room was clean and fresh, especially the linens. A very good quality bed. The work area was functional and the internet through the Ethernet cable connection was excellent. The wireless connection worked but the constant logging in was frustrating.
We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. However, the service was incredibly slow. The food was good to excellent and the price was good.
I didn't use the pool as it was too small for laps or exercise.

No problem with people, but if you want to be competitive (like other Holiday Inns in hubs like Dubai, Europe) with locals you need to be as good as service and cleanliness as other holiday inns. Disappointed with this one, won't be going back here, and i stay in HI a lot.

Hada brief stay over in Dar, hotel was comfortable and clean and met our basic needs for the short stay. Management was very attentive to needs, so was front desk. However other line staff was not up to service level expected. Good location and safe place, would recommend it for short stays.

I stayed at this hotel twice in December 2014 and January 2015. I had a great experience. The rooms are very comfortable.

This hotel is not up to Holiday Inn Standards in customer service and overall guest experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience. I was allocated rooms with visible mould and filthy carpets.
