Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff- Rooms and common areas ready for renewal urgently I only return to this hotel because the staff are so helpful and friendly! The rooms are scruffy looking and marked everywhere. The bathroom finishes are poor and looks like the silicone was thrown on from 50 metres. Hot water that's constant is something you can't depend on.That said they are usually well cleaned. The laundry service is shocking as everything is boiled, losing it's shape and colour every wash! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Everything Needs Improvement I have stayed here many times, mainly due to it being convenient for my meetings, but also to get my IHG points. Overall the hotel needs improvement in many areas, firstly starting with the rooms. I always get upgraded, which is great, this time to a suite, but the executive rooms are better, as the design of the suites is poor. The wifi connection is very poor and keeps cutting off in the rooms as the signal strength is so weak. The ac is very noisy and is not that efficient. The rooms look old, the furniture is old and the carpets dirty/stained. Breakfast selection is poor, and there never appears to be any orange juice. Tea is served in probably the smallest cup in the world, would be better if a pot was given. I will stay again for the reasons given, but I would expect to see improvements, as there do not appear to have been any over the last 5-6 years. May 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Late check out till 14:00 In order to meet with the needs of your guest, I suggest that the Management of Holiday Inn should be more flexible for the check out deadine for all the guest. Usually the check out time for this place is 13:00 , as for this trip, our flight schedued was late night on 17/04/2014, subject to our special request , our check out time already extended to 15:00 . I really appreciated the flexible measure the Front Desk Manager shown on us. Personally I think the Management should always take into consideration for the special request from their guest and subject to the rooms availability and exercise a flexible measures instead of insisting the guest to pay half day charges for extend check out time 18:00.
