I usually won't mention an inconvenience the first time but during my recent stay was the second time the room heaters made so much noise at night that I had to get out of bed and turn the heat off. I understand it was probably single digits outside and those heaters just can't keep up with that kind of load but perhaps they may just need to be serviced as well.

twice either they missed to register the wake up call or telephone was'nt fuctionning,
I brewed a coffeee in the room and brought it down to the reception and asked the person at the front desk to guess if it is coffee or tea and two of your employees said tea!!!!! thats how poor your coffee is and for the first time I had to pay for my breakfast in a holiday inn

Having stayed at this property several times previously, we were very disappointed this time. Our room (331) was not serviced during our two night stay, without explanation or apology, and the slow-draining sink was not repaired as of check out Sunday, despite being reported Saturday morning.

Started staying here when it was a Ramada Hotel. My first time back in a few years; still the same great place. A primary customer one exit away makes this location a no brainer. My only issue was the lack of fridge and microwave in my room - pretty much standard issue everywhere else. Looking forward to my next visit.

While the overall experience at the hotel was a good, provided that I went to my niece’s wedding, there were some areas that could be improved by the hotel. The room was comfortable, but lacked the modern necessities of a refrigerator and a microwave. Most modern hotels have the comfort of a refrigerator and microwave. We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday and the weather was chilly. The thermostat was either too cool in or way to hot… there was no mid-range. While the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, there was a lack of etiquette via phone and in person. I called to make arrangements and was placed on hold several times while booking the room, as if the person was rushing me along. Only to be told that I’d have to pay regular price while others in the family were given the discounted price for the blocked rooms provided for the wedding. I finally resolved this issue by call the next morning and speaking to the manager. At arrival, a person checked in before me (my uncle) and I was asked to wait while he was service. Not a problem. But then the phone rang and I was asked to wait while the front desk staff took the call and booked a room for the caller, leaving me waiting.

THE FOOD WAS CLOSED WHEN WE CHECKED IN, WHERE AS WE ASKED IF IT WOULD BE OPEN AT THAT TIME BEFORE BOOKING THE HOTEL AND WHEN WE ARRIVE THEY TOLD US IT WAS CLOSED, I HAD TO DRIVE 5 MILES TO FIND A FOOD STORE TO GET FOOD. IN THE AM WE WENT TO THE RESTAURANT TO EAT BEFORE GETTING BACK ON THE ROAD.THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE THE FOOD WAS EVEN WORSE AND WAY OVER PRICED. ALSO THE HEAT DIDN'T WORK IN OUR ROOM AND YOU CAN ALSO HEAR EVERYTHING GOING ON IN THE HALLWAY FROM YOUR BED. THERE WASN'T ENOUGH PILLOWS IN THE ROOM AS WELL SO IF YOU GONNA STAY BRING YOUR OWN. ALSO DIDN'T LOOK LIKE ROOM WAS VACUUMED BECAUSE WE FOUND SEX TOY ITEMS ON THE FLOOR . THIS IS NOT A JOKE THIS IS A REAL SUMMARY OF OUR STAY. JUST A HEADS UP BEFORE BOOKING. NOTE TO SELF: WERE ALSO THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT ARE WILLING TO ROUGH IT BUT BY SEEING WEBSITE AND PICTURES THE WEBSITE DOES NO JUSTICE. WE ARE NOT HIGH MAINTENANCE TYPE OF PEOPLE. JUST DISAPPOINTED AFTER BEING AT SIX FLAGS ALL DAY TO THINK YOUR GOING TO A DECENT HOTEL AND GET THERE AND IT'S NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED.

We only stayed one night but I would highly recommend this hotel. It was immaculate and very up to date. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited but what they offered was good. Plenty of parking and very easy to locate. Right off the thruway.
