I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn at East Windsor. The room was very nice and tidy, the bathroom was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning, while not free, was still very good. The only issue we had was our room card key, it took three trips back and forth from the room to the front desk to get the keys to work for the room, but other than that, the stay was well worth it.

I've stayed at this hotel 50+ nights over the past 3 years. This is a very clean, very comfortable hotel. The staff always makes every effort to make you feel at home. The wings and fries in the bar as well as the bartender are wonderful.

Upon arrival I was delighted with the hotel and room. However they are lacking in the customer service area. I was staying in the middle of the two noisiest rooms in the hotel. Naturally, I call the front desk and ask if they can quiet them down. As it is midnight, I wait up looking out my door for security only to see him walk right past everything and go back downstairs. Shocked at this absurdity I call the front desk again and the woman hurried me off the phone saying security spoke with them directly and he found nothing wrong... Obviously they were not going to help. I phoned each room myself and slept like a baby.
I assumed the next day at check out would be smooth considering i paid the full $400 for the weekend upfront when i arrived. I was mistaken. Fortunately I am the type to always check on my bank account but i never expected to see myself $300 in the hole. The charges? Everything I already paid for. I march down to the front desk assuming its a mistake. I ask for the manager to which the woman at the front replies "okay ill play manager". She was the catererer that morning. I am told that money was taken out to make sure I was good for it and for incidentals for the two nights, but why would they wait til the day i left? What made NO sense is that this is not what the billl read. it SAID it was charging me for two more nights and two six flags tickets. Not to mention, i thought it was pretty obvious i had money in my account considering i ALREADY PAID IN FULL. I went back and forth for about a half hour with the woman about whether or not it was a mistake until she finally told me it would go back into my account. I have NO idea why she did not start with that. Dare I ask for an accomodation for overdrawing my account over charges that were NEVER made aware to me? You can guess whether or not i got anything.

Overall we had a great stay. Check in and out was easy and staff was very courteous. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool area as did the adults. There were many tables and chairs outside for the adults to hang out and have snacks. If I had one criticism, it would be that breakfast was not included. For the cost, that would have changed my "value" score from good to excellent.
Overall, though, I would stay here again and I would recommend others to stay as well.

We were staying at this hotel for a wedding. We arrived very early and were able to check in without being inconvenienced at all. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The banquet hall was really nice and the food was great.

clean, nice, v. good staff - indoor pool would be nice. AC unit did not go low enough, TY volume did not go high enough.
