Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Two night stay I stayed here for two nights for an education conference. I found my room to be very clean and comfortable. The internet was excellent, strong and fast. The large flat screen TV has a large number of selections. The food and service was also good. I enjoyed my stay! April 15, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ruined A Special Night The evening front desk clerk promised that my room would not be near the high school students, who were abundant in the lobby and in the hotel for a conference nearby. My daughter and I were doing a special Mommy and Me vacation - a special moment for her. Our room was next door and across from high school students. They woke us up at 10:30 pm that night - running the halls, swearing, yelling, knocking on doors. I called the front desk at 10:45 pm to be told, "It is being taken care of." At 12:30-12:45 a.m. it was finally quiet. We were then awoken at 7:00 a.m. to the sound of teenagers playing cards in the hallway, laughing, running, and again knocking on the doors and walls. I inquired if their rooms were nearby and they confirmed they were across from us and beside us. The morning clerks were apologetic and refunded us our room expense, however the refund does not change the fact that our special night was ruined. If told they could not get a room away from the teenagers I could have arranged for another hotel and saved our special night. They took that moment from us. The morning clerks were very patient, understanding, and kind, but no amount of kindness would give back the disappointment my daughter experienced as we listen to teenagers cussing in the hallways at midnight. I even have a recording taken at 11:34 p.m. I wish I could share with others that provides a glimpse into the horror of our evening there. Very disappointed. April 9, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by At Least I Had a Full Roll of Toilet Paper I was here for a business trip, my stay was a week long, and I am an IHG Platinum Rewards Club member. I called three days prior to my stay to confirm my reservation and request the complimentary room upgrade that supposedly comes with platinum status. The person at the other end of the phone stated that the upgrade wouldn't be a problem, and that they put me in an upgraded room with a king size bed. Apparently the "upgrade" was an extra bar of soap and a full roll of toilet paper. My room was a standard size room on the first floor, and didn't even have a refrigerator or microwave. The housekeeping staff didn't clean the bathroom sink all week. The shower head had white crusty buildup all over it. I tried to call the front desk twice with a question but the call was never answered, I just got an automated system followed by a lot of ringing and then more automated system. On my final night there, a group of 100 or so high school kids checked in. They ran up and down the halls yelling, screaming and knocking on doors and then running away. This went on well past midnight and was never addressed by the hotel staff. I usually don't take the time to write reviews and I rarely complain about things, but this place was that bad. If you need to stay in the area, you're better off going with another hotel chain. April 8, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Sleep Got very little sleep. Teens running up and down hallways,slamming doors, screaming and talking until 1am. We had to get up early for a game and didn't get much sleep. The hotel was nice and very clean. It also was very accommodating. April 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed Made a confirmed reservation for a king bed on Sunday, arrived Tuesday pm and was told there were no kings available I pointed out to reception that I had a confirmed reservation for said room she replied that they had all been given out and all that was left were 2 twin bed rooms , had there only been twin bed rooms available I would not have reserved at this hotel ,when one arrives with a confirmation and the hotel does not honour it what is the purpose of having one, this hotel has lost it's credibility with me and I will never reserve there again ,the reception gave me 2 drink vouchers which I thanked her for.
