Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Needs to be cleaned Hotel is very dirty! Hall carpet is very stained, then enter your room...Room had food on carpet, bathroom tub had stains. The hotel was less than 15% occupied and I was placed in one of the smallest and dirtiest rooms on property. Good thinking staff saw I am a Platinum member. The hotel bed was like a big soup bowl, not easy to sleep in when you are in the center of a hole. I hope they try to clean up the rooms SOON June 26, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Hotel is Too Noisy This hotel is way too noisy. When people put on the door sign stating they want to relax or rest then it should not be that difficult. Your cleaning staff is extremely disrespectful and disrupting when people are attempting to rest. They nearly push down the door aftter knocking so hard the room shakes to say "Housekeeping". It's utterly ridiculous. A guest also should never have to hear the cleaning staff's music or them gossiping all of the way down the hall when attempting to rest. It was a very disrupting experience at best and is frankly disgusting what I heard from these folks in the mornings. At night there is also unruliness in the hallways. Constant noise no matter what time. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone who honestly wants rest. Please you also do not cover breakfast as you state you will. I paid in advance for the rate selected for breakfast and you folks actually still couldn't allow me to eat without delay after talking to the front desk. Then you ran out of eggs and I waited ten minutes for them which never came out. I was failed at every turn at this hotel. You also overcharged my card and I literally today was able to itemize the charges. Makes zero sense. June 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Early Wake Up First I will have to assume the wore out things are getting replaced in the renovations that are currently underway according to their signs. The hotel is dated and just needs some attention. Second the staff seemed disorganized. We were told they ran out of soap, ok we had soap of our own. Then to get hot water you had to run the shower for several minutes in the room we were in. The next morning we heard a knock on the door from housekeeping, it was between 8:00 and 8:30 am, we had not intended to get up that early on a day off. There were no do not disturb signs to hang on the door. We stay at a Holiday Inn Express on a regular basis and this was not up to the standards we have become accustom to. June 11, 2015
