Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and Helpful Staff We were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff on our way to Memphis. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The overall appearance of the hotel is neat and clean as well. When I arrived in Memphis I realized that I had left my personal pillow, I then called back and talked to the front desk. They had to check with housekeeping to see if they had indeed found my pillow. The clerk called me back and relayed the message that the pillow had been found. I told them it would be a few days before I would be coming back through Birmingham and I would stop and pick it up. They held my pillow with my name on it until I returned. I was very pleased that they took the time to look and save it for me. Thank you so much for your helpful staff. August 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Repeat Customer! I want to first say that the staff is always helpful. I have staid at this property multiple times when in Birmingham area for work. They are allways working to improve the property. I stay 150 nights a year with IHG and this is one of my favorites. Much better than the one by the airport where someone tried to jump in the car with me ( uninvited) The only thing i would say is i would like a little more Recognition for the Spire Elite Members August 12, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bad sevice There was b ad service at the front desk. They said the room was ready and I went to the room and the mail still had to vacuum the room. After that I went in the room there was a light out in the bathroom. Also there was no refrigerator in the room. I called the front desk and they took care of it. August 5, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom Toilet was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The clerk at the front desk said the hotel has a toilet problem! After the mantience man came and determined the toillet did not work and was in fact overflowing we were able to switch to another room. Bathroom wasn't very clean, but at least the toilet flushed. Don't stay here! August 4, 2015
