I have experienced the most uncomfortable stay:
Very poor service, poor food quality food, noise and disturbance ll the time, no regard to Platinum members. I would never stay at this hotel again or recommend to anyone.

The new renovated rooms are very nice. Front Desk staff are friendly and helpful and that's why i'd like to stay at this hotel again
Food Service is poor in the hotel. During my stay i have ordered to my room an oriental chicken sandwich and when delivered it was nothing like what i have seen in the room service menu. it even doesn't contain the same ingredients.
Lunch and dinner at the all day dining restaurant is not bad but the value you pay for the food is too high for such a menu in the buffet. They usually serve the same food with minimum changes done.
If they do a daily theme it will be great.
