Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good time in Knoxville For all practical purposes, this hotel was good. The major problem was no fan in the bathroom making it feel almost "slimy" with moisture after a hot shower. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. July 31, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A disappointment I was very disappointed in the "quality" of this inferior hotel. I was given a suite although I did not ask for one. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, she charged me for it anyway and told me should could not help me. I was placed next to the elevator, and there was constant traffic that kept me awake. The business center was located in the lobby (no privacy at all) and the sun was shining in on the computer screens so I could barely see what I was doing. I told the front desk clerk, and she could not help me. There printer was low on ink, and it put off a light page with a dark spot in the middle. The clerk said she did not have any more ink. I was there with a conference of about 300, and the other participants I spoke with were also disappointed. I would NOT stay here again. I normally spend approximately 100 nights per year in hotels, and I cannot remember having a less pleasant stay that this hotel. July 30, 2015

The bathroom was a little cramped with the toilet too close to the shower, but it was clean and had all the amenities. The bed was very nice. I was able to sleep well in this quiet room. I had a a little trouble adjusting the temperature to avoid being too cold or too hot, but it was not that bad. I appreciated the ability to make it dark in the room with the shades. July 27, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Charged for items not used Stayed at this property (probably my 20th visit, but first since remodel). I had called two nights prior to ensure I had connecting rooms. When I arrived I was told they did not have a connecting room and the front desk staff was extremely rude. When I was about to cancel my reservation and go to another property they "found" a connecting room. I am a Platinum Club member and stay exclusively at IHG properties. Besides the rudeness of the front desk staff I was charged $80 for incidentals without informing me. When I reconciled my bill and found the charge I called the property and was told I was charged for taking towels and pillow. I was subsequently informed it was for "ruining" linens. I neither took nor ruined linens. Staff is rude, manager took several days to return my phone call, and charged for items I did not use. I would not stay at this property or recommend to anyone. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, but watch your bill I stayed at the hotel for a business trip/convention. Overall, the hotel was nice and the front desk staff very friendly. I had reserved a 2 Room mini suite, but upon check in, I received a double queen room. The last night my stay, there were two barking dogs in the room next door. While the sound was muffled somewhat, the barking dogs were still very loud. The major issue came after checkout and reviewing my credit card statement. I was accused of theft of a pillow and it was charged to my credit card. I have made numerous calls to the hotel to resolve the issue and can't really get anyone in authority to return my call.
