Room was quiet and in great condition. Heat/Air worked properly without adjusting constantly and the free internet worked great. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn while visiting family in the area. We didn't spend much time there, but the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

HI Knoxville Cedar Bluff is a great place to say. Whether you are going to a football game, have business in the area, or visiting relatives I recommend this hotel.

This is a dated building with awkward layout, creaky elevators, and just worn out. Threadbare in all the areas.

I recently had to travel to Knoxville for business. I was looking for a hotel with a restaurant and quit place to relax after work . I found the Holiday Inn on Cedar Bluff met all my expectations. The service was great, with a friendly staff. The restaurant was open late which worked well for me with really good food and drink. After a long day it was nice to relax in a comfortable atmosphere where I could get dinner and drink without having to travel again. I would recommend this hotel to any and all travelers. It is older but very well maintained. Staff is top notch.

I rarely complain about an experience due to being in the customer service industry The room was nice, bed was hard as a rock, and it would have been nice to have Hot Water in the mornings. On a brighter note the front desk was very nice and the hotel was very clean and nice. This was a weekend getaway for me and my husband. I would like to stay at this location in the future, but please fix the hot water issue. I used rewards points for this stay and I feel like I wasted them on an uncomfortable bed and no hot water until the afternoon for 2 days.

The front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Ordered Room Service for breakfast, food was cold. It arrived on time, but was very cold, toast was nasty. Attempted to contact room service to return dishes, no answer after 3 attempts to contact.
Cleaning service to early on weekends, they were starting to clean at 8 am. Put the do not disturb sign on door as we were trying to get ready to leave for the day. Left the room at 9 am, cleaning cart still outside room in hallway, removed the sign from door as we left, yet our room was not cleaned for the day.
Contacted front desk for additional towels, that came right away. But it still would have been nice to have the bed made and bathroom cleaned while we were out. I know they had to see the sign removed, the cart was parked right outside our door.
