Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Little Hotel If you are looking for a hotel near Biola University then I would recommend this one. There really isn't anything to do or see around the hotel so not he best for sightseeing. The hotel restaurant was under construction and closed which was a little dissapointing. Also, there is no bar in the hotel, I'm not a big drinker, but a glass a wine in the evening would have been nice. There is a decent restaurant across the street that has good food and an extensive menu. March 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 8 floor front staff was awesome!!!. Room was awesome! Hospitality on 8 floor not so great Lady in the club room on floor 8 is crabby and a poor representative of your chain. Put her back through some hospitality classes with a specific focus on : How not to interrupt a phone call. (I stepped in and off to the side to finish a dinner reservation and she wanted my "documentation" immediately to prove I belonged there. I was quiet and considerate of the fact there were others in the room but she insisted in interrupting me to see my room key. The whole call took 30 seconds) How to introduce the benefits of the room. hours, food ect. (she immediately gave me the rules on the beer limit, leaving the room with food and beverage ect.) I am 52 year old business man not a college frat boy. How to smile and interact with your top customers who are the ones in the room. mostly Platinum business folks. Wow you all are so much better than this. March 9, 2015
