Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 25 Happy Tourists Arrived on Sat May 4th. Departure on 6th May. Very easy and quick check in for 7 rooms as ground work was done by email prior to arrival which was great. Was very impressed receiving email prior to our journey as put my mind at ease that they knew we were arriving and when. Staff very professional and service in all areas excellent. Everyone was very happy with their rooms. When booking for a group of 25 it is hard to hope you will please everyone but I can assure you all 25 were very happy. One of our party left a dress behind and on contact with Holiday Inn she was told they could forward it on to her. Overall it was a great place to stay and I will definitely be back in lovely Lisbon and will definitely be staying in Hotel Holiday Inn Lisbon. Thank you to a great staff! PS. It is a bit of a walk to the metro but still easy for big children. We stayed here because we had to catch an early morning flight. The staff at the reception arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 5 am, and the taxi was there before time. February 25, 2013

Flat screen television with large selection of international channels Dated design but clean and well maintained room. Kettle, 2 free bottle of water, fruits. Bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Dove/Lux dispensers, in addition to individual toiletries. Free wifi (fast, but get often disconnected and with the need to login every time). Very quiet. View over the city Good I checked-in very early, and my room was ready. Convenient location even if not in the historical district. 10 minutes walk to metro stations with easy access to city centre. Free and fast wifi for Platinums. Bad Staff is professional but could be more smiling. Rooms are somewhat dated Minibar at extortionate price Don't ask to call a cab at reception: you will pay twice the normal price with the coupon sold at hotel Considering the fact that there are a lot of great hotels in Lisbon, the Holiday Inn does not come in first choice.
