Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by In desperate need for renovation Corner executive room on high floor is about 35sqm large Corridor with closet Bedroom with large bed, desk, table. Flat screen television with large selection of international channels Bathroom with bathtub (with a view). Dove/Lux dispenser. Bathrobe Very tired room Poorly soundproofed windows Free wifi but with very poor signal Efficient air conditioning Kettle. No iPhone dock. Pretty nice view over Lisbon GOOD - Good value - Large and comfortable bed - Convenient location even if not in the historical district, closed to metro station with direct access to the airport - Friendly staff (but could be more smiling) BAD - Rooms are VERY dated (broken window with tape on it, dirty window, mildew in the bathroom, old and damaged furniture, very tired and not so clean carpet, old and thin towels). Not exactly at the new Holiday Inn standards - Breakfast is just okay (good selection of fresh fruits, very basic hot choice, no espresso) - Minibar at extortionate price - Very poor wifi signal (had to move to the corridor of the room to send emails) Considering the fact that there are a lot of great hotels in Lisbon, I would really hesitate to stay again at this property. A complete renovation of the hotel would be more than welcomed. January 27, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best Holiday Inn I've stayed at The room was nice and spacious but the carpet in the room really needs to be professionally cleaned or changed altogether. It was a little bit grimey and gave off a very slight odor which took away from the otherwise well cleaned room. The restaurant had a very limited menu and portions were on the small side, but given the location this was easily overcome. January 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cosy hotel Not the fanciest hotel I have stayed but good value for money and somehow a very cosy hotel. Gents at the front desk greet me with my name although I only stay max. five nights in this hotel in a year and my name is not an easy one to pronounce. Nice touch. Small things can make a difference. I have never had any issues with the service or food but if you expect sweet slimy words and "sir" as every second word, go somewhere else. January 9, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service We are family of 3 who checked in to the executive suite and I'm a platinum elite customer. There were only 2 tea mugs and 2 tea bags. When we asked more then they said they can keep complimentary tea only once !!!!!???? When I challenged the front office staff then they said the lady who is has to bring tea bags is not free hence would take longer. They expected me to wait hours to get tea bags. I have never heard such rude behavior from hotel staff or poor customer service in my entire life. It seems its quite common with this hotel as I read similar comment from another dis-satisfied customer. Hence I don't recommend this hotel to anybody and I don't think its value for money. One of the front desk staff was not honest. When ever we asked on how to reach some of the site seeing places by public transport, even though he knew, he mis-guided saying it would be better if we take the hotel arranged private day tours. He did that twice and I literally had to challenge him and just asked him to print those schedules which I had already seen on internet. He was very reluctant to give details of public transport. For confidential reason, I'm not giving his name here but intend to complain to Holiday Inn executive management. January 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Short but enjoyable My stay at this hotel was shorter than expected due to a seven-hour flight delay, but it was good to know the hotel prepared a nice room for me so I could still have some night rest after all. The hotel is situated close to Lisbon's city center and has metro stations nearby. Check-in went smoothly by the night receptionist. The room I got was spacious and clean and had a good and comfy bed. Recommended! January 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent room Wow what a beautiful experience I had in Lisbon topped up with a perfect room with magnificent view of lisbon. Only stayed 2 night but had a great experience. Wish I could have stayed longer given the bonus of the room and location of the hotel and friendly staff. Not far from the metro so it was easy to connect into the inner city or outside the city. Excellent weekend break January 3, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Learn to beg We had booked a family room for 4. When we got there everything was ready for 2 people - 2 towels, 2 teabags, 2 cups, 2 glasses. I had to ask for more towels, which they supplied. The next day I noticed they did not give us any more teabags - that is their official policy: you are only welcome to make tea on the first day; after that, you are not so welcome. Perhaps they like seeing different people! The receptionist said she would give us more teabags and, true to her word (almost) they gave us a third teabag on day 3 of our stay. That´s three teabags for three days - now that´s the way to economize during the economic crisis. Well we think we will economize too - by not staying there again. December 29, 2013
