Hotel was an older hotel that had been refreshed. The layout is a little awkward, but it was adequate. Parking was tight if you have a car you don't want dinged. The concierge lounge breakfast was nice.

I've stayed here many times, but at not sure I will again. Went to the restaurant bar - sat there 10 minutes waiting for service. None came. Called at 10:30 pm for a wake-up call. The front desk guy answered and said he didn't understand what I what I asking for. He hung up on me. I called back to the front desk 3 times. It went to voice mail - 3 times. Workers outside most every door of the hotel smoking - right at the door. Very unpleasant.

This Holiday Inn near the Little Rock airport, is a great place to stay before or after a long flight. I've stayed here several times over the past few years, as this hotel offers everything I need.
I am a gold Intercontinental Ambassador member and have chosen this hotel for the service. The rooms are always clean, the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I would like to thank, Jason (who checked me in at the front desk) for providing me with a quiet room during my stay last week!
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

We stayed one night so we could be close to the airport and use the park & ride shuttle. The room itself was very clean and nice. Great coffee maker. The shuttle driver to the airport was very friendly even at dark o'clock in the morning. The only problem with the stay was the party going on somewhere in the atrium. I'm not sure if it was a conference group or if it was from the bar area, but the party was loud. At about 10:00 when I figured they would tone it down, the music actually cranked up louder. It didn't go off until about 11. Not good for having to be out the door around 5 for our flight.

Most of the experience was great but we choose the option to park the car and get shuttled to the airport. Good value for us, but it was raining and when we asked where to go to park the car and unload the luggage, the front desk person barely looked up at us and just gave us a motion with her hand, like some how we were supposed to know where to go.. It was a little disappointing not to get better service than that when we paid for this option and it was more expensive than just a regular room.

Accessible suite 433, which had been specifically reserved, was not ready. The front desk attendant tried to put is in 633. When I stated that we needed 433 since it is the only accessible suite, he told me that it had not been cleaned. It had been reserved for "interviews" by Sales and Marketing and had not been cleaned for some reason. Unbelievable!!!
Long story, short version - we waited while the suite was cleaned. They stuck us in another room to wait. I am sure they did not want disgruntled guests milling about the lobby. We were tired, hungry, and disgusted by the time we finally got into the suite we had reserved. Nobody called us in the holding room, so I eventually returned to the lobby to expedite matters. I don't know if they would have ever called us if I had not returned to the lobby. This was more than an inconvenience. There are medical issues involved.
The remedial action by Natialie was to provide us with discount coupons for breakfast!! You must be kidding.

I wound up with one of the four large, two-story suites, which were outfitted nicely in a modern/retro decor, and had all the amenities you would expect from the nicest rooms in the hotel. They also offer free shuttle service to and from the downtown entertainment district.
However, it was the little things that wound up not making my stay truly great: the AC in the bedroom level did not cool, and instead kept the room at around 75 degrees, and the door to the master bathroom was not even installed correctly enough to latch when you closed it. There was literally a 2" gap between the door and the jam on the latch side, so the latch had absolutely nothing to engage when you closed it. Obviously, considering it was my significant other staying with me this did not really mean the end of the world, but it still points out that the attention to detail simply was not kept up here. If it wasn't for the AC in the lower level cranking all night, I don't even want to guess what the temperature would have been in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, though. Oh, and standard cable on an HD TV? Really? How much more could it cost to get HD service for the hotel?
Other than that, the service was great, I was only there for one night, otherwise I would have probably been a little angrier, but overall it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, slightly more upscale hotel near the airport without having to stay downtown.

I have been privileged to enjoy this facility a number of times during the last two years due to my participation in an educational cohort. The food is always good. The beds are always comfortable. Although I have always had pleasant interactions with the staff, I found them to be "overtly' friendly at every turn during my most recent visit. The cleaning ladies were still working when I checked in. Their hearty greeting was a great start to my day. The employees that I shared the elevators with all asked me how I was and how my stay was going. That made sharing such a space more pleasant than the usual.
If they offered complimentary hot breakfasts, this would be a near perfect hotel.

Everything was fine during my 3 day stay. The only issue I had (and I'm sure it has to do with security) is that the large heavy doors on the rooms slam very loud, so I was woke up every day 4:30-5am by people leaving their rooms. Maybe they could be adjusted to close at a slower rate of speed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire accommodations and restaurant were excellent; and, the staff was very professional, accommodating, and helpful!!!! We hope to stay here again; and, would definitely recommend this property!!

The center had friendly staff from reception to housekeeping to convention staff. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The number of electrical outlets was very well spaced in the room. Good food and good responsive staff.

I have spent and still spend a lot of time on the road. This Holiday Inn treats Priority Club members to first class service. Forget the cookie at the front desk. Go to the 6th floor concierge room for members. You won't be disappointed and the staff is friendly and attentive.
You can spend more but this is the best value around. Plus, the pickup service to and from the airport is fast and reliable.

At check-in and departure, the front desk staff could not be bothered to help. The absence of hot water was a real negative.

The front desk personnel was professional and polite.
The property is well kept and looks great.
Room service was way above par.
My room did not have a menu and when I called and
told the associate what I was interested in she was
The kitchen was on the ball.
I ordered fish and chips and a half side salad.
I forgot to ask to have the salad prepared with out onions but that was my fault.
The food arrived very quickly and piping hot.
The fish was cooked spot on and crispy so was the chips.
The salad was very fresh and was nice and cool and crisp.
There ware two bottles of water and a few snacks waiting form me in the room.
The breakfast in the concierge lounge was very good. (Even late in the AM 10:30)
I was upgraded to the concierge floor and the room was almost perfect.
The room looked and smelled very clean but not reeking of cleaning products.
Great room amenities , a large flat screen TV , A keurig coffee maker with enough supplies
to make two cups of reg coffee and decaf also a nice assortment of teas.
That was the good, The bad is minuscule but none the less apparent.
The bathroom floor is in a need of a good cleaning, The grout is very dirty.
The caulking at the left rear of the shower/tub needs to be replaced ASAP.
You can see a gap where water can leak and cause major problems.
Again having a HDTV with standard definition service is a big thing to me.
And in this case lower than standard definition.
It is also very apparent that the hotels media is supplied by Direct TV receivers.
One of the receivers has been improperly set up and has gone into sleep mode.
(The direct TV logo is moving about the screen as a screen saver.)
The so called "High speed internet service" was very slow and restrictive.
The HVAC system worked almost perfectly but the compressor located above the doorway in the bathroom is very loud and vibrates the celling and the access panel next to it.
Also another item that absolutely drives me bonkers is when the cleaning staff uses the security bolt to block open the room door and when they go in and out of the door they let it slam causing a very obnoxious thud that can be heard for quite some distance in the hotel.
Hotel management, please , please! purchase a proper door stop for the cleaning staff to block the door open.
Not everyone sleeps at the same time and some times patrons work very late and would love to sleep in.
The door noise can be heard even with earplugs and in some cases be felt.

Spent one night at Holiday Inn & Conference Center. Rooms were great, had a great night's sleep. Overall hotel accommodations were excellent. Nice fitness facility which is always a plus for me. No free breakfast in the morning - had to pay but reasonable prices. Would stay there again if I have to go travel there again.

Office Christmas party was being held here and I thought why not just get a room for the night so we would not have to make the drive home. This way we could stay up as late as we wanted and sleep in the next morning.
GREAT IDEA! Every one was so nice.
I will be more that willing to do that again even though we only live approx 35 miles away.

Only trouble is when making reservations ahead of time and requesting sixth floor all is good, but when you arrive they always say we have no rooms on sixth floor and there is no mention of it on confirmation.
