The staff of this facility is among the friendliest and most courteous that I have encountered! They go the extra mile to get to know your name and what you like. The Concierge Lounge is absolutely awesome!
The only complaint I have about this facility is the lack of control of the temperature within the rooms. The controls have been programmed to not allow the air conditioning to get the room below a set temperature, and that temperature setpoint is MUCH TOO HIGH for me! In some of the rooms, I can sleep fine, but in other rooms I toss and turn and sweat. I am VERY SENSITIVE to hot spaces and it is VERY uncomfortable when I get in a room that won't get as cool as I like it. Other than that, I love this place! PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!!!

Very nice hotel with nicely finished rooms. Comfortable beds with perfect pilloes. Travel the US and work 14 plus hr days, so I need a good nite sleep and I got it here.

Same room as the week earlier, which was #517.
Air was almost not able to keep up this time either so thank goodness for the cooler weather.
Profile ask for no elevator or ice machine as I'm a light sleeper, but room #517 sits right beside both.
One more change for Holiday Inn Little Rock then it's off to another hotel for me.

The air went out in room about 10:00 called down to desk serviceman came up and reset system, said line was freezing. Even after asking if it would fine through the night, I was told yes and if not they would move us. At 1:00 in morning the air quit working, called front desk one person working, no maintenance crew, no record that I had called earlier. Front desk worker was unqualified to handle the situation. She did not know how to work computer system to move us rooms, she didn't know who to call for assistance, didn't offer to help find us another room at the holiday inn express next door. Being so late and in unsafe part of town, we suffered through the night in 80 degree room. Next morning the manager apologized but only offered a small discount on the room.
Wasn't looking for it to be free but at least half off for the trouble and lack of sleep.

Always a great place.. From the time of waking in door and saying goodbye the staff is and has always been helpful willing to help anyway possible....
Had to change rooms due to water leak on my last night there and at no fault of theirs...
Once I called the front desk at midnight team was at my door with another room key and willing to help me move.

I had zero hot water for over 30 mins trying to take a morning shower. Had to leave to catch my flight or miss it with no shower. Unacceptable.

Everthing except the following was good..
THE food was over salted on breakfast food.
The Banquet food was terrible.
Had to always compete with your staff (cleaning Crew) for elevator..took to long.

Almost everything was great. Comfortable bed, clean room. The food served was great.
The pillows were not comfortable, too small and too hard.
The vending machines did not work properly and the staff knew it. They even warned me about it. The manager of the property should had the vendor get them working or replace the machines and or the vendor.

The room was extremely clean and well appointed. We did have an air conditioner that didn't cool properly and made sleeping difficult. The coffee pot was inoperable. The elevator was broken and I had 37 steps to climb to get to my room. Service tech had been called but the next morning I went to the elevator & the sign still said it was inoperable. After trekking down to the lobby to find coffee and speak with the staff I found out the elevator was working but someone had failed to remove the sign. My only concern was for my husband who is handicapped. We took an elevator 1/2 way and then had to climb steps the rest of the way. It was slow and difficult for him. The staff was taking action to correct the problems we encountered and were very helpful.

Stopped in on July 30 for our trip back East. Returned to the hotel one month later and was not disappointed. There's a Kuerig coffee maker in the bathroom, and that's a great treat! Wonderful full breakfast includes coffee, but there's a charge for OJ. Boston's Resturant in hotel, which is great since we drove 8 hours and didn't want to drive again.

I was only in my room for a few hours (arrived at 10pm left at 4am) but the room was clean and comfortable. I esepecially enjoyed my cup of coffee in the morning from the in room Kuerig coffee maker.

this is one of the worse hotels everhat i have stayed NO FRIDGE , NO MICRO ,LIGHTS DIDNT WORK WELL ,A/C NOT WORKING GOOD AT ALL , FRONT DESK DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED TO ASK FOR AN OTHER ROOM. and i could continue over and over but i dont have time for this ...just we never would stay here ever.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Located at the Little Rock airport on I-40. Would stay there again. Only con is that there's not much around the hotel.

I had to change rooms twice. First room rug was soaked and phone didn't work, had to walk to front desk to tell them. Second room I was awoken at midnite by a load beeping sound, called the front desk and told them about it, they tried to fix it but did not have any replacement batteries for the smoke detector. I had to pack up and change rooms again. Final room, I fell asleep to the faint beeping of the smoke detector.
Back again 2 days later, asked the clerk for a nice room and told him about my experience, he said he would hook me up. Got in the room and noticed the bathroom light on, went to shut it off and noticed someone had started repairing the towel holder and never finished the job. The pieces of the towel holder and the towels were sitting on the counter.
What a sad place to stay.

Elevator stop working and I was on 6th floor. Had to carry all bags, computer, etc down stairs and required three trips since had items for meeting. Had suit and AC in hallway was not working. I understand problems happen but just letting you know that this was a great experience upon leaving.

The staff in the hotel and restaurant were all wonderful and made my stay exceed my expectations.
The bed was very comfortable and everything in the room worked. One thing that really impressed me was that when I turned all the lights off, the room was totally dark. There was no light coming through the curtains to keep me awake. I slept all night.

Hotel was an older hotel that had been refreshed. The layout is a little awkward, but it was adequate. Parking was tight if you have a car you don't want dinged. The concierge lounge breakfast was nice.

I've stayed here many times, but at not sure I will again. Went to the restaurant bar - sat there 10 minutes waiting for service. None came. Called at 10:30 pm for a wake-up call. The front desk guy answered and said he didn't understand what I what I asking for. He hung up on me. I called back to the front desk 3 times. It went to voice mail - 3 times. Workers outside most every door of the hotel smoking - right at the door. Very unpleasant.
