Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Louisville East We checked in around 9:30. I had a coupon for 20% off and the person at the desk said they don't honor coupons. So i went ahead and gpt the room. The next morning I asked the lady again because i thought she was wrong. The lady told me I should have presented the coupon when I checked in. I told her I tried and she said Oh Well. This is not good service at your front desk. Room was clean, holtel was very nice. Just the staff. My husband is in the process of changing jobs to the Louisville area.. I'm sure we will be back in the same area but I can't say I will stay there because of the service. . October 23, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and good evening meal. Room was very nice, clean, and always plenty of hot water. Ate evening meal at restaurant which was one of the specials for the night. It was good and included complimenterary glasses of wine. Price of meal was very competitive with restaurants in the area. October 18, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Experience went down hill Ants in room on night stands,(not near refrig). was moved twice from initial room before got room that was clean, AC cooled well & refrig was not frozen over. Did not get wake up call on last day which made me late for work. Staff was very nice & apologetic however, discounts on meals in restaurant & decreasing room rate was not worth the hassel.
