Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Hotel staff very accommodating The hotel staff was very accommodating and upon checkin let us know that the hotel restaurant was closed due to renovation . They also let us know that rooms were being renovated as well but not on any floors that had guests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No facial tissue in guest room. Excellent food was catered in the only problem being a continental breakfast with mushy fruit cocktail and cold, dry pasties. The lunch and dinner catered in were excellent. May 1, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Service I booked our rooms on line and when we checked in I explained to worker my charges were already taken out for one of our rooms and he insisted on taking my cc again and charged me again for my room. The other room was to be paid for by my mother who also gave her cc and they scanned it but never charged her cc. Upon arrival home, I checked our bank account and the charges were taken out of my bank account twice. This was very upsetting especially since I explained to worker upon check in and he did not listen. There were a lot of teams staying at this hotel and it was very noisy!! Teams hung out in halls and could hear them in rooms late at night. Pool area was crowded and the hotel has a limit of 5 in pool, we had small children and the teams did not care and took over pool area. Also teams were throwing stones at windows during night, this was upsetting and uncalled for. April 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Choice for Comfortable Stay Beds were comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Close to interstate and several dining choices within walking distance. Friendly service and very accommodating for guest requests. Hotel is undergoing renovations and we were not put near any work being done. April 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointment The restuarant was closed so you had to go out to eat for every meal. The rooms looked and felt dirty. it looked like my sheets on the bed was not changed from the guest. I will say that the hotel staff was nice. Rooms are very out dated damaged furniture. i would never stay at this hotel again, unless I absolutely had to. April 22, 2015
