We had a very nice clean room, the staff was great. The pool area needs an overal refurbishment starting with a good cleaning, the features are great for kids but a little run down.

I stayed while on a bussiness trip and after a long day of training it was nice to be able to catch a shuttle to a restaurant and not worry about being driven the scenic route by a cab driver. I also enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. Only downside is if you are a napper ask for a room that is along the outside of the building the kids in the pool can get loud, but i enjoyed hearing them play.

This was a good get-away for the family, including kids ages 3 and 6. Like other reviews, this isn't a huge "waterpark" like you would find in Wisconsin Dells, but if you have kids under 10 the pool area is a good size. The price was reasonable and the staff were welcoming. If your primary reason to visit this property is to use the pool area, I highly recommend reserving a room with "waterpark access" - it avoids tracking through the lobby/common areas to and from the pool.

Waterpark is excellent for younger children. Great kids suite with pool access and patio. Adjacent Benvenutos is a great value when kids eat free. Location isn't within walking distance of shopping etc. but wasn't a factor for this trip.

I always enjoy staying at this location when I am in Madison. Easy access to Madison, good shopping around, and extremely friendly staff.
The only downside recently is the mini-water park at this location is bringing in a lot of families with a lot of kids. Makes it kind of noisy at times and lots of kids running through the halls at all hours of the day or night.

I really enjoyed having Allison for my bartender each week that I have been there! She is quiet but very friendly. Thanks Allison!!
The only negative on the room is the poor water pressure/delay in hot water which just isn't really anything the staff can do about.
The Shuttle service is OUTSTANDING!!! Thanks for all you do Kevin!

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the number pillows and the different firmness of the pillows. The one down fall is there is not much to do in the area of the hotel. Having to take shuttles or taxis where you want go.

I am a travel agent and a first time guest at this property. I will certainly recommend this hotel to my clients. The staff was great! When we went to the hotel it was full the night before and was flipping to a complete new guest list on Sat. when we arrived. The front desk was wonderful to work with even with all the commotion of checking out and checking in. We were not able to check in until right at check in time, but that was fine, they handle it great and was very accommodating through our stay!
Pool area was very busy when we were there, but very nice. The pool area is smaller and sometimes that is ok! My son that is 7 had a ball there! We are certainly going back!!! It has just the right size water slide for a first timer and mom and dad too. lol
All in all this was a very relaxing stay and that is exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Holiday Inn and Cameron. You did great!
