Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room awful restaurant service We stay at this hotel the night before UWM graduation. The plan was to be fresh and relaxed before the ceremony. The restaurant service was AWFUL. 15 minutes before anyone came to the table, another 15 minutes to get drinks. The pool closed at 10 pm on a Friday night on the eve of a big event in Madison. The hotel was sold out. There was a car alarm going off from 2am on. Although the hotel was aware, nothing was done. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, the front desk check in was very nice. Considering the point of being at the hotel was to make our life easier on graduation day.. it was an epic fail. May 17, 2016

They go out of their way to accommodate guests needs, especially when it comes to taking the shuttle to dinner in the evening. May 17, 2016

It was difficult to find an outlet near a table or bed, and the shower head in the bathroom was broken. There also was not adequate overhead lighting in the room, which made it hard to work. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A good hotel room that met our needs Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The room and the hotel were clean. The bed/pillows/bedding were comfortable. We liked the higher ceilings in our room on the 4th floor. One negative, the lighting in the bathroom was too low (dim) to facilitate some activities such as changing contact lenses, putting on make-up, etc... The staff stated the hotel will be implementing brighter lighting in the room bathrooms in 2016. May 5, 2016

However there is a shuttle to Epic and the airport, which makes it easy. Renting a car was also easy when it was identified that I needed to leave for the airport outside shuttle hours. May 2, 2016
