Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent overall quality and service I have stayed at this hotel nearly every week for a couple of nights for the last 18 months. Overall, quality of the property, rooms and service is excellent. My only gripe is about the room service / dinner menu not having enough healthy options. (This menu is probably common across most Holiday Inns - so not a specific problem of this property). Similarly, I think the internet access charges are slightly on the higher side ( I would think they will make more money overall from internet access if they reduced the prices slightly.). For the price of the rooms they charge, they should allow a couple of hours fast internet access for free every day to the ICH Rewards Platinum members. At present, the "free" internet for ICH Rewards club members is ridiculously slow (as slow as dial-up speed) for this day and age. December 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent weekend break near London I stayed there with my family last weekend. We stayed for one night and absolutely loved it. Before arriving, the front Office Staff (M) even called to confirm that we were getting an upgrade into a suite and I've had upgrades many a times but to receive a call in advance was a nice touch. Decided to go for dinner to Windsor (20 minutes away). Had a great night's sleep in the spacious room. After a fulfilling breakfast, we spent the morning swimming on-site. We were even allowed a late check-out till 2pm. Will definitely stay there again as the facility and the staff are TOP NOTCH! December 12, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very cold room Typical Holiday Inn, generally comfortable and all expected services although rooms a little smaller than usual. However, it was a very cold night and the heating is controlled centrally. It is switched off/down quite early and pressing the temperature 'up' button in the room does not allow it to be overridden. The room was warm again by the morning, but spent a very cold night with broken sleep as a result. Holiday Inn seem to be putting energy cost saving above guest comfort - unacceptable, and I would only stay at this hotel again in summer. December 12, 2014

Having stayed at several hotels in the area I finally stumbled upon the Holiday Inn Maidenhead. Large spacious rooms, extremely tentative friendly staff and a great restaurant this is s hotel I'll stay at again and again over the next year. December 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant Business Hotel Generally a very positive experience. The only negatives were around the main entrance to reception which is closed off due to major refurbishment. The temporary entrance/exist was via a small sliding side door which made the area drafty and cold. On departuer there was a delay due to queueing to check out. Otherwise the hotel is perfectly adequate for the business traveller. December 7, 2014
