Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable, decent sized, comfortable room. I highly recommend.

When I travel for business in the Phoenix area I always stay at this hotel. The staff is top notch from the front desk to the servers in the restaurant. I even had a door lock fail locking me out of my room and the engineer they sent was pleasant and now says hello when he sees me. I haven't had the chance to bring my family here, but with the great pool with the waterfall and other amenities I think it would be great for a family. Just a great hotel

We stayed two nights. Before the second night started, we had three rooms: the first had faulty a/c and the second a leaking, backed up sink. The front desk was responsive and helpful to make new room assignments . . . it's because they and other staff, like Norma in the restaurant, were so gracious that I say "mixed feelings." The people working here are great! The other reason for "mixed feelings," is that we usually get queen or king beds; this hotel said they only had doubles--that was okay for the grandchildren, but not my wife and me. The pool here is spacious and a real treat if you like space.

Better linen and Bathroom amenities (Toweling), No complimentary breakfast. We have tried the restaurant on previous visits and found it subpar. My wife and I are retired and travel frequently visiting family and touring. We normally stay just one night and move on. When staying at a non family destination we frequently stay more than one night. If this were the case on this stay we would have looked for a more suitable Holiday Inn.

There was not a shower curtain in my bathroom so I could not use the shower. The staff did not even offer an apology when the problem was brought but only acted shocked that the curtain was missing.
