Hwy 60 is right there and we were able to get to Camelback mountain, ASU, to the Beeline Hwy to visit Tonto National Monument. We can access Casa Reynoso's, In April 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid 3.5 hotel but don't waste money on breakfast! This is a comfortable relaxing 3.5 star hotel. It provides what it says it offers. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was large with varying types of pillows. The bathroom was basic but not cramped. The lobby and entrance were very nice and it had an overall good look and feel to it both in the lobby and the room. The only thing I wouldn't do in the future would be to eat breakfast here. The powdered eggs, cheap greasy bacon/sausage, cereal and other items just aren't worth the $11 plus tip they want for it at all. With so many breakfast places around town you'll get a much better deal elsewhere than this very overpriced, bland food. April 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Problem stay An issue occurred that concerned the bathroom. Even after cleaning the room for another night, the problem was not fixed. We had to complain to the desk before anything was done to solve the problem. The problem was dealt with by requiring us to change rooms. Was the initial problem solved? I have no idea! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by RUDE STAFF AND NO INTERNET Since it was my 1st visit to Mesa AZ for business purposes, I was greatly disappointed with my recent stay at this Holiday Inn! I could not believe the issues I had to confront in order to try to connect to the Internet at this location. After the ordeal of this issue, the hotel still could not provide Internet service!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by hotel staff Karen, one of the cleaning staff was most friendly on a day when it seemed everyone else had a bad morning. she took the time to greet me and help me with the door to the pool when my hands were full. She made it a point to provide extra face cloths when asked in the hall. The morning coffee service was lacking most days. Had to go to the restaurant to get a cup and most of the time the pots were empty and the manager was reluctant to refill the pot in a timely manner. I was also invormed that the pots would be removed at 8:55 on a particular day when I was originally told when we checked in the coffee would be available until 9:30. just a small irritation, but never the less an irritation. I felt there should have been some kind of complementary breakfast for the price paid. April 21, 2015
