Great location with valet parking made it easy to find and stay at the Chateau LeMoyne. Room was impressively quiet given the crowds outside. The stay (and the parking) cost more than I thought I would have to pay, but it was worth it.

This was a great stay! A little expensive but well worth the money. The room was very nice, the hotel bar has excellent happy hour deals, and it was exceptionally quiet, especially considering how close it was to the center of New Orleans.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rick2221 Great room, value could be better.
Lucky to get a five day reservation right before the French Quarter Fest because our daughter was about to have a baby. The rooms are large, well-appointed; service was very good. Large screen TV, baths a little small but very functional. The major cons have to do with value. This is not an inexpensive hotel, even for the quarter. The coffee maker in the room was miserable, and a cup of coffee downstairs cost $3.45 for a six ounce cup. Parking was ridiculous; $42.50 per day because we had an SUV, which took up no more space than a smaller car; we could easily see that because the parking lot is across the street. If you stay here, leave your car somewhere else and use Uber; parking is outrageous. And go elsewhere for breakfast, which is overpriced and marginal at best.

The room was not ready when my flight arrived. I was able to check my bag and wander for hours but three hours later, it was still not ready. They finally found me another option.
I stopped at the restaurant and was told it would be at least 30 minutes or I could eat at the bar. I opted to go back to my room and order room service. I tried calling three times. The front desk finally took my phone number and I received a call 25 minutes later. When I tried to order two different entrees, I was told they were not available anymore. The restaurant offered to read me the menu- "um, no thanks".
The bellman was very helpful and polite- probably the best staff person I interacted with. Security was friendly too.
Everyone else, not so much...
When I return to New Orleans, I will likely consider a different hotel.
