Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our 1 night stay The hotel is under construction we were worried but once we got into the room. It is by far the best decor of any Holiday Inn I've stayed at. We didn't get to use the other areas because of construction but we got to sleep without any noise from there work. The hotel is located in a great area to walk to everything. July 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Conveniently located The hotel is fine. Close to Bourbon, has a lovely courtyard with pool. However , it is a work in progress at the moment so be aware that there may be noise, smell of saw, unsightly areas. There is also only one elevator for guests so it can be quite an isolated and long walk to your room. No free perks like breakfast or coffee in lobby. We were in town for one night and it served its purpose well. Overnight parking, at $45 for a truck was excessive. July 21, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff / Location The front desk employees, valet employees were very professional and friendly upon checking in and checking out. The hotel's location is great, 1 block from Bourbon Street, and a short distance to Jackson Square. I wouldn't recommend the hotel until all renovations are completed. I would consider staying again as well, but not during the construction. July 21, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not pleased We were not told that the POOL was closed and that the hotel was going through a major renovation. We were ready for a quick swim prior to going out that night, and was upset when we walked past the POOL area and saw the mess. On the WEBSITE we say the beautiful picture of the POOL and NOTHING WAS MENTION ABOUT IT BEING CLOSED. We feel we should have been told about the MAJOR renovation going on. The room was not up to standard for the price we paid, the shower faucet was hard to turn, the curtains in the room were torn... HALLWAY was being vacuum and the employee was wearing a mask so we had second thoughts about that...but decided to stay in the room. Very DISAPPOINTED. I recommend your HOTEL only because of the location at this time. The STAFF was very professional and friendly both the front desk and the employees working the Valet. July 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service but poor choice for a hotel in the Quarter The hotel is under extensive renovation. If that had been conveyed on the website and I chose to stay there it may have been a different story. Going there thinking that they had a full restaurant, pool, etc and then getting there and being in the center of a construction site was very disappointing. We could hear drills and pounding most of the day. We went for a relaxing experience and had to go home so that we actually could relax. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known that the construction was going on. I am sure it will be very nice once they are done. The staff was especially nice but could not do much about the experience. July 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious New Room The first night I had a balcony room, which was awesome, but they were renovating so I had to move rooms and the second night's room was huge and beautiful. It was a big noisy with the construction but the staff was super nice and the stay was affordable. July 15, 2015
