Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Rooms Curtains dont close properly Raiators on the wall dont work Try sitting up in the bed and it slides away from the wall (Its on Castors ) Sink in the bathroom dont have handle on the plug pullers The rooms are very badly maintained. This is a hotel that lacks investment in its rooms. Having stayed in many Holiday Inns the rooms are some of the worst I have experienced. December 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Northampton Stayed at hotel l for one night and was put in a room next to the exit. The door was used by what felt every smoker in the hotel and for most of the night. I have been a loyal customer to the Holiday Inn Northampton and stay frequently (over a 5 year period) but rarely get offered an upgraded to an executive room. The staff are friendly and welcoming and two stand out employees are Carmella (breakfast) and Sophie (reception). The hotel has not been reinvented in 5 years of visiting just repaired when required.
