Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and neat. There was however a problem with the pipes in the wall of our bathroom, that occasionally they would rattle and shake and make a noise like a jack hammer that vibrated the wall hard enough that the small metal service door in the wall fell open several times crashing into the garbage can. Not to annoying until our neighbors took their shower at 6 a.m and it set of the rattling and banging again. Worked better than any alarm clock I own! April 19, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by dated rooms requested and paid premium for marina side of hotel. Room received was over parking lot closer to road then back of hotel. Traffic noise was loud. Room was dated and carpets very worn and dirty. Washroom toilet ran all night . Fixtures very dated . April 6, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Dining Room The dining room is especially good,with an excellent selection of food (dinner), and the food choice is well presented & of very good quality. Meeting with the head chef confirmed the quality of the dining experience. Other Holliday Inns cud benefit from the staff , the menu selection, an more important the good food served. April 5, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, Good Stay, Restaurant So-So First, big applause for the front-desk staff, housecleaning and others who made this a great stay -- particularly (was it Norma, anyway lovely blonde lady?) at reception who, after I expressed concern about my room being surrounded by a bevy of very excited pre-teen girls who were attending a dance competition and loudly demanding their mothers' attention from the hallway, promptly switched me to the (much quieter) executive floor. I was running very short of sleep on arrival so this was really appreciated. (I'd also heard that the dancers would be leaving at 6 a.m. the next morning -- and not quietly, I'll bet!) Anyway, new room was clean, comfortable and quiet. One disappointment was lack of pay movies (I'd been looking forward to settling down with one and some room service.) But good TV selection so not a big deal. Other minor disappointment was dinner in the pretty restaurant. Menu didn't have a big choice of mains and 3-4 were Indian-influenced (and I'd just returned from 3 weeks in India). So I chose a chicken and pasta dish. Loved the supreme of chicken-- beautifully cooked! -- but the pasta with feta and a few other things was just a weird combination and really rather tasteless. Also, took a long time to order and, after food arrived, a long time before I saw server again. Restaurant was somewhat busy at that hour but certainly not full. I would probably go out to Elements or another local restaurant next time. April 1, 2015
