Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service we had a problem with our booking agency. Somehow they had us going on the Grand Canyon tour the same day we arrived to the Inn. Your Staff (Tamie) took over and after many phone calls and conversations with numerous people of the booking company, she was able to fix the problem. August 24, 2015

All staff I encountered were very friendly and efficient. I wish I could have stayed longer at the hotel. August 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient but tired We spent a night at this hotel since it is near the airport and we arrived in Phoenix on a late flight. We probably spent all of 10 hours between checking in and checking out. The lobby is nice but the rooms would benefit from cleaning (esp the carpets) and more intensive maintenance. The bathroom door was a sliding door that did not quite close all the way and that went of track if you tried closing it tightly. This kind of trapped you inside until you figured out a workaround - or until someone outside aligned the door to allow it to slide normally. Again the hotel was fine for a brief stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AMAZING This was above and beyond what I expected. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a smile, place was so pretty. Staff was there to help on the spot. They were cleaning all the time. I never saw a dust of dirt or anything out of place. I asked for pool towels and before I could reach back to the pool they were there waiting for me. I would stay here again and again. August 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bob on Tuesday 8-11-15 Room 327 This is the second time in two weeks that I stayed at this Holiday Inn. The first time was excellent all the way around. This latest visit was great except the room smelled very musty. They either had a flood at some point and the carpet didn't get dried out or the AC system wasn't keeping the room dry. Otherwise the staff, the shuttle driver and the Restaurant staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The grounds were well kept and the location is convenient to the airport and the interstate.
