I travel all over the U.S and Puerto Rico 40 weeks out of the year, and by far I can't remember the last time that I had such awesome quality of service, from the Front Desk, Housekeeping, to the Managers, and it is very comforting when everyone greets you with a genuine smile. The Hotel sits on a small mountain overlooking the ocean and the tiny islands in the distance, and the view from the pool is magnificent. The bar area is very quaint and the casino is cozy. The hotel is just minutes from the commercial area on RT 2, but at the hotel you really feel like you are on a tropical island.

I've stayed here many times over the past few years and always received a warm greeting from the front desk. The room has always been clean and I love the bedding.

What a fantastic place to stay. The staff were so friendly and the accommodations were so clean and comfortable. We have already decided that we will return upon our next visit to Puerto Rico.

After staying in your facility for the fourth consecutive year and on the last two having the same problem I think is time for me to star staying somewhere else next year, I was taking a shower washing my hair when the water was turnoff I was left with having to step out of the shower after waiting for more then half hour for the water to come back and there was no sign of it, all I had was a bottle of drinking water in the refrigerator and I had to use that to remove the shampoo from my hair I had to get dress without taking a shower and go to check out and out to work. I asked the front desk personal to speak to a manager and I was told that they did not have any one that was able to help me. I am a platinum member and very dissatisfied with the outcome of my stay. I hope I will hear from someone in charge.

Everything about this hotel met or exceeded our expectations. The people in the dining room were very friendly and took time to speak with us. (And the PINA COLADAS are Mmmm!.

i was on the 5th floor,, elevator was broken 3x in 7 days..otherwise not a bad place to stay..

I stayed at this hotel for four night. While I was there, the internet would not work. I complained to the front desk and was told they were working on the problem. A minimum requirement for staying in a hotel is a good internet connection. I will not stay here again.
