Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No Beach access There is no beach access and this hotels pool is dirty black mold or something all over the pool wall sides also they were sand blasting during our stay very noisy I would not recommend walking or driving outside of the hotel very sketchy lots of homeless and very run down looking around the area. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad experience No hot water in the morning and the hotel staff did not seem to care. The rooms are incredibly humid, unless the thermometer is set to 60 degrees F. Breakfast was lacking flavor and not worth the price. July 7, 2015

El comedor aunque pequeño está muy bien atendido y su selección de comidas es muy buena, variadas y servidas a tiempo. La habitación es cómoda y limpia. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Damp, Humid, Cold, very Uncomfortable. Once I got past all the smokers standing outside the front entrance (they don't allow smoking in the hotel or casino, so they all hang out by the entrance #, and checked in, I went to my room. It was super cold # 61 F). I turned up the temperature, but the room felt really humid. There was a sign on the air conditioning unit that said not to turn it off, as it was needed to control humidity. When I took off my shoes and walked in my stocking feet, my socks got damp from the carpet. Terrible breakfast #my room rate only got me the "continental" breakfast, which was toast and some fruit, and little Danish. That's ok I guess. Good coffee at least. But the room was damp the whole week. Housekeeping kept turning down the temperature every day, so the room was damp AND cold. One day there was no hot water for showers. Another day I took a quick #5 minute# shower, and an hour later the mirror in the room was still fogged up. Not the mirror in the bathroom, the mirror in the main room! #see picture I posted# Also, there is no place for several people to work at the hotel - no tables, desks, or an area for a group to do any business type work. We ended up meeting in one of the team member's rooms, and working on the bed and desk. Very awkward. I mentioned to some local people #from Ponce and Jayuya# where we were staying and they all grimaced and said they were surprised we would stay there - it has a terrible reputation. The only reason we stayed at the Holiday Inn was because the nearby competitor was sold out. June 29, 2015
