Forced into this hotel by supervisors who've never been there. 19 days here, Restaurant is below average; 4 page menu but never have anything on it besides chicken. Only good bartender is RAUL, he is great. Informative for the area, fast, efficient and friendly. Rest are seriously over tasked and lacking in skills. Maid service is below par had to ask twice for linens to be changed on bed. Hallways smell musky, room always smells like wet dogs. AC runs continually because it's so inefficient. Sunday was like all employees bring kids to pool day?!?! What was good -- view from hill, Restaurants at bottom of hill Santorini's, Pitos, La Monserraet's all good Santotini's probably the best just because of service. I DO RECCOMMEND ALL THREE. RAUL the bartender and one employee - young guy pushes trash can around empties the trash around area - friendly with a vast knowledge of area; he should have been in a tie at the desk!! Great resource of touring around! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE CASINO Not a lot of positives. WILL NOT GO BACK January 28, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Holiday Inn This hotel has a lovely view from the room window and we enjoyed the balcony especially. It is easy to find, unlike a lot of other places on the island and was very easy to get to some excellent restaurants. The AC is pretty cold, so do bring a sweater! The bed and pillows were very good and the staff were all extremely friendly and nice. We would recommend this hotel highly. January 22, 2016

The Hotel is located in a great location, have a nice view to the pool and ocean, comfortable room, clean, great staff service, but I thing the price for the beer is a little pricey. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stop Over on the South Side of PR We stayed at this hotel recently on a trek around the island of PR. The staff was friendly and accommodating, our upgraded King Room had a lovely view of the ocean and the property grounds were well kept. The positives were the staff (especially Rey who told us about lovely local sites to see on the way to the northwest side of the island), and the nice size of the upgraded King Jr. Suite, and the view of the ocean. The negatives are: Location is remote from the town of Ponce and the Pier, and if you are not there to gamble (which we were not), there is not much to do close by or hiking/walking distance.
