After a hectic schedule of travel from the south pacific through LA we were subjected to immigration problems, flight delays and lost baggage. Arriving at the Holiday Inn we were greeted warmly and the receptionist ensured we had enough toiletries for our needs. The room was extremely comfortable and it was heavenly to be able to relax in a comfy bed. The restaurant service and food was also good. We awoke refreshed and our lost bag was also found. Certainly a haven from the cold world outside. The shuttle service was also praiseworthy, on time and delivered us to different parts so we could check-in and also recover the lost bag.

you need small fridges in your rooms, and a pool at this hotel, make it so you don't have to enter wifi password all the time

We have used the Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport for almost two decades now and this time we found the service to be best that it has been - extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Perfect link between YVR and the city.

Impressed with the level of service and attention to detail provided by front desk staff who were most responsive to all our needs and special requests ... appreciated and acknowledge. Room was very clean and quiet. Parking was readily available. Would not hesitate to use this property again. A happy customer
