We ordered a pick-up-service from the Hotel at the Airport which did not work out. The Representative of the Hotel at the Airport did not speak enough English to really understand that we had booked a transport in Advance and told us to take a Taxi, even we showed him the Email from the Hotel....
The Hotel itself was good, rooms comfortable and clean. The service at Breakfast is a bit slow, otherwise no complaints.

So I was surprised, if was here some partial problems with the connection, this I could understand, also if these works 50:50, what I realy can not understand is, the receiving advertisement of the hotel to my e-mail private adress, which was never shared to hotel staff or to any links connected to Hotel Holiday Inn.
I hate big brother system, I is worst than in jail than !!!

I am sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed with my stay, especially that the hotel is rated as 5 star (which clearly should not be the case) and the rate was very high.
Below are my comments:
1.When I checked-in, I came to know that my stay is on the other building. I should have been informed earlier to avoid wasting time to take my luggage back and transfer the other building.
2.My reservation was for king size bed; however, I was offered 2 single beds.
3.Then, I was transferred to king-size bed room; however, the toilet was very dirty!!
4.Finally, I was transferred to another room.
5.Towel was not clean and I had to buy one from outside and use it during my stay.
6.Bed cover sheets and blankets were not comfortable.
7.Food quality was very low.
8.Refrigerator was completely filled during the last day before I leave!! Very surprise!!
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the experience and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
