Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and windows open After a long drive from West Palm Beach, I was welcomed professionally at this hotel and was given a very comfortable room. The breakfast was awesome and the manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in her dealings with me. I would recommend this hotel for a very relaxing stay. January 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel My only problem with this hotel is that they allow pets of all sizes in the hotel. They put them on the 4th floor but allow access to the floor in both elevators. As an asthmatic, I feel they should restrict pets to ONE elevator only, or better yet, BAN pets. January 26, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Holiday Inn Express Expectation We booked this room specially for the indoor pool. We searched for many hotels but was able to find this one and booked it. When we arrived , the pool water was freezing cold and not a heated pool at all. We there fore could not go swimming. Once we checked in and started to unpack, we noticed that the bathroom floor had long black hair all over the floor. Since we had already unpacked, I used a paper towel to swipe it all under the sink. Due to child being sick, we left early in the morning, and wanted to use the computer to look up so information about where we were heading too. But the hotel staff was wrapped in a blanket and using the computer so we weren't able to get on before we left. But, I think the biggest disappointment was that all Holiday Inn Express hotels that we have stayed at offer a free breakfast. This hotel does not offer a free breakfast. There is a restaurant on site and we did see the prices and a bit steep for breakfast prices. This was not was we had come to expect with a Holiday Inn Express and one that was a big disappointement! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as good as previous stays We have stayed at this hotel several times. The main factor for us is that they accomodate our dog. Past stays have been very pleasant with clean comfortable rooms. The staff has never impressed me with their service, they seem a little laid back for my preferences. The last stay I woke up early to shower before my wife got up. Jumped in the shower to miniscule pressure and no hot water. Skipped that and got dressed. Went to the desk and no one was there at 7am. Finally asked the cook who flushed out the front desk person. Within a few minutes I was joined by several other guests with the same issue. About a half hour later there was hot water but still no pressure. I never did take a shower. The room we were in was farther away from other rooms we had stayed in on the same floor. We had no wifi connectivity. I did establish that wifi was working fine by the elevator which was far down the hall from our room. We'll probably give this hotel another chance since it is convenient and usually comfortable and clean. January 14, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and nice staff We realize that you are remodeling the hotel. You are doing a very nice job. However, since we travel with 2 cats. Nice cats, not destructive. You should not put chairs, etc, with cloth on them in the rooms. Please use vinyl chairs that animals do not like to claw. January 14, 2015
