The staff in every section were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending it. August 19, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A good place to stop for the night This 4 star hotel has dining facilities , a bar and an indoor swimming pool and is family friendly. The only negative is multiple buildings joined together and no elevator/lift so you have to drag suitcases up stairs to room and down numerous hallways.. Rooms are spacious. August 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor bar and restaurant service due to lack of staff Reception promptly changed upstairs room to ground floor room as no lift available, Long wait at bar for drinks due to lack of staff. Staff involved with a large wedding party leaving bar and restaurant understaffed. One main course in restaurant was overlooked and did not arrive until rest of party had nearly finished their meals. The restaurant manager was most apologetic and made allowance on the bill for the inconvenience. The chef also came to the table and apologised. Meals were considered expensive by all our guests. Carpeting at entrance to restaurant needed cleaning or replacing. August 13, 2015
