Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Staff The staff at this location were great. The room on the otherhand needs improvement. We found food under the bed from a previous occupant, had to ask for more towels two different days. Need to finish the remodeling and make the corrections before guest come in. I don't need to see where the painter, etc made mistakes, fix them and remove the painters tape. Get a room on the river side, it should be quieter than the street side. February 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by noisy trains The location of the hotel is the only serious problem here. It is right beside train tracks with horns blowing all during the night. The hotel is nice, service is fair, food was excellent. Parking is scarce so not good for large trucks, trailers, etc. Overall the hotel is good but the location is terrible. February 19, 2015

I ended up paying in full with cash, which is what I planned to do in the first place, but having to call the manager and get it approved was pointless and they need to accept cash. Other than that, the stay and the staff were amazing and friendly. February 18, 2015
