After spending 2 nights at this Holiday Inn I can honestly say it was an excellent experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I especially liked the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. They also will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. Kevin Williams was the driver the two days I was there and he was outstanding.
This was a wonderful hotel experience for me... I would stay there again!

There was no conditioner in the bathroom and the staff said that they were out. No condiments for the coffee however the manager provided two cups of coffee from the restaurant. Room need to be vacuumed but overall it was clean and bed was comfortable.

As a platinum elite member I stay at Holiday Inn properties 150-200 days a year all over the world for business, this was by far the worst ever. I don't even know where to start, problems with check-in, major problems at check-out, there were 2 of us and they could not get our bills right.
Both rooms were dirty, no water pressure for showers, a/c did not work, the toilet could not be used in my room, had to go to the lobby,
bugs in the room. I asked to be moved and was told there were no other rooms. We checked out the next day and moved to another hotel.
There was construction going on around the clock, I was on the 5th floor, they had half the hallway blocked of, the banging did not stop all night, The next day contractors were pulling of the job with their materials for non payment by the hotel.
I ordered a reuben sandwich from the bar to go, when I got up to my room to eat it there was no corned beef, they cut up a hamburger and shoved it in there.
Street people walking the property pan handling for money all day and night.
Avoid this property at all cost.
