The bathroom was very up-to-date, which made a big impact. Also, it is a big plus to have a pull-out sofa in the suite...allows for a group of 4 to spread out and have someone sleep in a separate room (i.e. if they're big snorers!).
The only issue we had was the lack of elevators...spent extra time waiting for elevators...think because of some renovations to the hotel?...they had recently had a flood.
Very happy that the hotel offers a bereavement rate. That makes a very positive impact and would make me return to this hotel.

I booked a 4 night stay at this hotel and on the second night, I was awoken at 2am by guests banging on the doors, shouting loudly and constantly walking up and down the aisles. I called down to front desk to complain and was told that they would look into the matter. A short time later, someone arrived to let the noisy guests that they had a complaint and must quiet down.
The minute he left they got louder and this continued until 4am and I called again very angry because nothing was done in the first place. I told them that if they didn't deal with the matter I was going to check out but again someone came upstairs but noise continued until 5am.....Quite annoying!!!!

Great hotel, great staff, great rooms and facilities. The only problem was that the staff was unable to credit frequent flyer points to my American Airlines account, Holiday Inn system would not recognize the account number, which is nonsense as there were no problems at other hotels or at car rental company.
