Estuve 2 noches y realizaron cargos a mi cuenta sin mi autorización. Además me doy cuenta que ni los puntos por la estancia acumularon.
No hay coordinación entre las diferentes áreas y eso, que el hotel es pequeño.

Hotel have a good value, well located in Tijuana's Rio area, few minutes by car you will be able to reach several different restaurants.

Holiday Inn Tijuana Zona Rio is located just few steps from one of the main boulevards in Tijuana. With very good restaurants, pubs, stores, offices and services you can enjoy your stay.
Staff are very friendly and always available for help. I had an issue with the room's phone and a maintenance guy arrives in less than 5 minutes and solve the issue immediately.
For sure, I will stay there next time

This hotel is anti-American which is reflected in the attitude of the hotel staff. Their English so poor and I was told by a manager that this is Mexico and to go learn Spanish. They are so rude to this guest and I an sure to other Americans as well.
They first put me in a small room witch was near the main road which was very noisy. I had to complain loudly to get my room switched. I found all of the staff to be two-faced and no one trustworthy. They ignore Holiday Inn posted rules and policies.
Do not go to this hotel. There are much better hotels in the immediate area for a few dollars more.

Most friendly and alert staff at reception recognized my loyalty and gave us unexpected small gifts. Later in our trip through Mexico nonpriority club hotels seemed inferior. I will be staying more often at Priority Club hotels.
