WE USE PARK AND FLY HERE SHUTTLE IS OPEN 24 HR EVERY 20 MINUTES.BEFORE YOU LEAVE TAKE THERE CARD AND WRITE THE POST # ON IT SO WHEN YOU RETURN YOU KNOW WHERE TO BE FOR THE RIDE BACK TO HOTEL.THE ROOM WAS CLEAN COMFORTABLE WE SWAM IN THE POO USED THE HOT TUB.WE DID GO TO THE RESTURANT IN THE HOTEL WE WAITED A FEW MINUTES TO BE SEATED WAITED FOR WAITER FOR A DRINK ORDER AND ORDERED OUR MEAL 40 MIN LATER WERE ASKED WHAT WE HAD ORDERD 10 MIN WE GOT OUR FOOD.WE WERE ON VACASTION SO WE HAD TIME,BUT I CAN WALK TO THE KEG NEXT DOOR NEXT TIME. WE WOULD RECOMEND THE HOTEL AND PARK AND FLY AND I WILL STAY AGAIN October 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Positive experience We stayed here last Thursday as we were enroute to Niagara on the Lake the next morning with friends coming from downtown Toronto. The airport shuttle was very convenient and not much of a drive to get to the hotel. The front desk staff on check in and then Friday morning were exceptional. The room was great and the complimentary internet is a good feature. The 24 hour availability to the fitness room is a big plus for us. We particularly enjoyed the pools which are long enough to do lap swiming whether you choose to go to the indoor pool or adjacent outdoor pool. Some of the common areas were under active refreshing and they needed it. The restaurant and bar were both good. We felt we had good value when we opted to go with the "buffet breakfast included" option. The pricing overall was quite good. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in a stop over situation. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Surprisingly impressive I was apprehensive before my stay because this hotel was built in the 1980's while the other location was a newer build. I was not disappointed one bit. The rooms are well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and beddings. The tv channels are just enough to keep you entertained and the writing desk and seating desk were ideal as they gave me variety in where I could sit to read, write and work. The two pools really are a treat and they're salt water too! No powerful chlorine smell or ridiculously dry skin. The food in the restaurants were a little over priced but you pay for the convenience of not having to go out. I'd definitely stay here again. September 5, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful hotel I was pleasantly surprised. Usually don't stay at holiday inns but after seeing this hotel on line I took a chance. Beautiful hotel, clean, wonderful pools, jacuzzi, and sauna for my kids. Breakfast buffett was a great way to start our day. We drove to Toronto but took advantage for the free airport shuttle. The airport shuttle took you directly to the bus terminal and dropped you at the subway system. Shuttle ran every 20 minutes so we did not take our car downtown and worry about parking! Staff was very friendly. Asked for a late checkout and they didn't hesitate to let us stay an extra hour for the kids to swim before we left. September 4, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable Stay We stayed at the Holiday Inn Toronto Airport from August 18 - 24, 2013. The Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was clean and spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi internet though at times it was very slow. I would definitely return to this Hotel. August 27, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty carpets in the hall and elavator but the rooms are clean This hotel is very convenient to the Pearson airport and the free shuttle is a great benefit. The lobby and restaurant are very clean and the staff is wonderful. Once you step into the elevator things go down hill with dirty carpets and finger prints everywhere. The hall way carpets look like they never get vacuumed but the rooms are clean. August 25, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice stay I have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. This visit was different though. We arrived late and put the kids to sleep. When we turned on the AC it was a disaster. It was like a two bit motel I could not make a change late in the night since the kids were sleeping, but for a hotel to rent or a room with an AC unit so loud you cannot sleep, is beyond me. It was room 1012. I hope it was an oversight on your part. August 16, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not comparable to other Holiday Inns have stayed at many holiday Inns but this one was way below the standards of the other ones I have stayed at. They have 4 elevators but only 2 were working the whole 3 days I was there. The high chair in the restaurant cannot be up to safety standard because my 1 year olds leg got stuck in it and she was screaming. not one staff member came over to assist. The fire alarm was pulled at 2am, and with 3 young children walking up and down stairs and being woken up all for nothing? It was a copmplete party building, the smell of marijuana was in the hallways, its was extremely disappointing. August 10, 2013

The front desk clerk was able to put us right into a large room with king-size bed and big picture window; the bathroom had a nice soaker tub and the longest vanity I've ever seen -- nice to be able to spread out both of our stuff, and so rare in an airport hotel! We bathed, slept, woke, had wonderful room service burgers for lunch, bathed and slept some more, watched a movie, had a wonderful room service dinner, and emerged the next morning feeling like brand-new people. I like that you can use your credit card in the vending machines so it's not necessary to have a pocketful of toonies. I liked the friendly helpfulness of all the staff, particularly the really nice parking lot guy. Only negative: crazy elevators that went up instead of down, stopped and went down, then back up again; it was a bit nerve-wracking, and we were relieved to finally end up on the correct floor! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed but room was kind of warm. Requested for adjoining rooms since I have 4 kids with me but didn't get that. The room was warm even if I brought down the thermostat to 17 and room had a temp of 24. Only 2 elevators were working. July 26, 2013
