Coffee and tea is in the room, vending machine outside in the corridor. Staff and service personal were very friendly! 10 Minutes from ZRH downtown - good for an event in Hallenstadion! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn in name only This hotel is a bargain in that the experience is more a great Crowne Plaza than a Holiday Inn. Staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. Great location and plenty of things to walk to. Complaints? They could use an airport shuttle and the bartenders are a bit too business like but that's really nitpicking. This hotel has become my go to in Zurich. November 28, 2012
