Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by noisy room at high price Last time I had a good stay at this hotel so I decided to give it another try. Upon arrival at the hotel I was assigned a room next to the elevator. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but after hearing the elevator bell ring about a dozen times I decided to ask for a different room. The people at reception where friendly but not really happy with the request which is probably why they put me up in a room at the very, very end of the hotel - where I could 'enjoy' the concert that was playing at the arena. I do have to say that they greeted me as platinum guest ... that's about the only positive thing I have to say about the visit. I received a voucher at check in and I chose a G&T ... only to find out that I couldn't drink alcohol with the voucher #not even a decent beer!#. it's not about the beverage or the room itself but I travel very often and I expect a good room and good service at this price. It's one thing to welcome your guests - it's another thing to actually show it. I will not stay here again - for this kind of money I can stay in the city centre of Zürich and although I will have to get a taxi for my meeting - i'm sure it will be worth it. December 15, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gutes Hotel, vergiß Restaurant Man muss dieses Hotel und die Bar / Restaurant komplett separat betrachten, ansonsten ist man nur verwirrt. Hotel ist mehr als OK in jeder Hinsicht mit sehr professionellen Service - absolut keine Anmerkungen. Restaurant und Bar, naja, hier kann man kaum etwas gutes sagen. Unprofesioneller Service, begrenztes Angebot in jeder Hinsicht, Personel in allem besten Fall (manchmal) nicht unfreundlich - das ist das beste was man davon sagen kann. Dazu noch sehr hoche Preise vom Essen und trinken. Es ist nur ein Wunder dass die Restaurant überhaupt noch Kunden hat - das sollte bestimmt nicht der Fall sein. Also zum Übernachten, prima. Zum Abendessen, naja, nicht unbedingt. November 21, 2014
