Spent 2 nights at the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were all pleasant.

A little funny to get to but worth the U-turn.
Staff was helpful, breakfast is great, and great location to Outlets and Downtown St Augustine.

This hotel was a nice, quiet, clean place to stay. It is near two huge outlet shopping malls and several restaurants. Very peaceful and relaxing after a hectic day of touring San Augustine. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

My wife and I stayed at this location for a one night getaway trip to St. Augustine. We found the Hotel to be very clean, well decorated and very modern. Our room appeared to be recently renovated, with many nice touches. We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.
While there are closer locations to downtown St. Augustine, this Hotel is just a few minutes away, and just seconds away for the shopping Outlets, with easy access to I-95.
The only drawback was the exercise room, which consisted of only three pieces of cardio equipment.
We have stayed at many Holiday Inn locations throughout the years, and were very pleased with this particular property.

We stayed at Saint Augustine North Holiday Inn Express and would like to compliment the staff of this hotel. The cleanliness and staff helpfulness was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the St. Augustine area.
