Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Left after one night The staff was very nice but the floor in the hall was dirty, the elevator failed to work for both us and others and there was a drunken guest once in the elevator when I went to the lobby. Had originally intended to stay for 3 nights, but left after the first and then cancelled our next 3-night stay at a similar hotel in Berlin. August 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good choice to visit Amsterdam Comfortable bed, very close to public trasport, not near to the centre but with bus numebre 48 you reach the centre in about 20 minutes. bus every 15 minutes. variety of breakfast choice - gluten free breakfast upon request. Excellebt sleep quality and room cleaniness. I can recommend this hotel. August 19, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay at a very convenient location We arrived early on a flight and they stored our luggage and offered us breakfast so that we could head out and explore Amsterdam before our room was ready. The staff are extremely helpful and nice and we had excellent public transport to the airport and city centre August 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Stay A really great place to stay. Easy access to trains, trams and buses to the city and the airport. When I say easy, ridiculously easy, 24/7. The employees at the hotel are so incredible. Exceptional communications with all of them, they were patient and answered all questions thoroughly, (great tourist information resource). Customer focused. The breakfast is standard HIE fair for Europe, which is limited, however it is in the USA as well. We did not spend much time in the rooms since Amsterdam is such an amazing city, however they are somewhat small. Overall, great experience. One thing to keep in mind is there is not an ironing board or iron in your room automatically, however they USUALLY are available at the front desk. August 12, 2014
