Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by easy to relax in this comfortable Hotel.... This was a group visit to some WWi war graves, a group of 13 in total. Everyone was happy only a couple of issues with the Key Card entry system to our rooms - but that was soon sorted by a helpful reception. TH underground carpark is very handy. This is free - just get your ticket validated... Breakfast was ample and a welcoming bar staff was nice to see after a long day... would I go back - with out a doubt.... May 7, 2015

Un peu bruyant lors des passage de trains, surtout sur le matin. manque de prise de courant au niveau du bureau pour le branchement d'un PC. Literie très confortable, un bon choix d'oreillers. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay We've stayed here a few times but standards seem to be slipping. This time we were given one of the smallest rooms in the hotel (between 4 of us), the toilet didn't flush properly and the air conditioning didn't work meaning the room was uncomfortably hot all night. As a normal guest, I would have expected much better, let alone as a Platinum member - I have stayed at IHG branded hotels hundreds of times, but this was one of the worst stays. On the plus side, service was friendly and breakfast was good. April 8, 2015
