First impression is fair.
No one at the check-in had to request a the srvice to check-in!
The room was clean and comfortable.
The public areas were depressing and no feel of security. People (look like homeless) wandering around day and night!
Overall Poor Quality/Price.

We chose this property because we wanted to be near the Kennedy Presidential Museum and we also stay at other Holiday Inns when we travel.
Beds were great and room was very functional. We would stay here again. Staff took care of all of our needs and we appreciated the Airline Boarding pass computer in the lobby.
The shuttle driver was delightful and very accommodating. He said he had been a driver for over ten years at this facility and it was clear he loved his job. We think he should be commended for his positive attitude and sharing of information about Boston.

Basic but it works. The breakfast is uninspiring as is the whole place. That said, the front desk is efficient and mostly friendly

Hotel provided shuttle from airport to hotel and on to ship. Long wait at airport. Room was OK, but price was excessive. Breakfast was normal for Holiday Inn Express. Limited choices for dinner near the hotel.

I will stay at this hotel again.Rooms were clean and quiet. breakfast had good selections.
