The included breakfast has always been of a high standard and is a welcome free addition when comparing similar hotel chains. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by "Above Average " Pleasant staff,and helpful.Parking not a problem,and Sainsburys petrol station five minutes away.Nice size television,duvet a bit too hot,even with the air-con off.Window kept closed in case of noise,but not too bad as it happened.Good shower and air-con,and although there is a notice in the room to ask for extra milk if you need it,you will need it,so ask before you get there.No biscuit or snack on the tray, which surprised me,but that was the only down side.Free wifi good in the room. Breakfast was good,with a reasonable choice,remember,you are not at the Niebieski Art Hotel & Spa Krakow,nor the Savoy.Four pillows issued,two hard and two not so hard. Kept clean everywhere as far as I could see,all in all a good hotel. February 5, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overpriced The hotel is simple and clean with a friendly helpful front desk staff. And I have stayed here before without complaint. But the prices are completely out of line with other hotels in the area. I stayed for one night, as it was too late to cancel without a penalty, but the front desk manager was kind enough to give me a credit for the planned second night's stay, as the price was more than double the price of the hotel where I ended up staying the second night. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One night stay This is a standard Holiday Inn Express in a good location for the attractions in the Bristol area. My only complaint would have to be the hot breakfast - OK if you like beans and sausages but definately not a full English and no way to upgrade. Mind you the continental breakfast selection was reasonable. February 3, 2016
