Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay We had no problem finding the hotel. Once there the night desk person was friendly and helpful, directing us to different spots we needed to be in Calgary. The room was clean and comfortable. After a great nights sleep, I was surprised by how much variety there was to the included breakfast. We usually go out for breakfast, but decided the food and coffee were too good to pass up. Thank you for the great experience. December 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great front desk service We are generally very happy to stay at this hotel...the front desk has always been outstanding, but there is sometimes an uneven quality to condition of room and furnishings. I sometimes fear that because we travel with a small and very well-trained dog we are given an inferior room. Our dog is much cleaner and socially astute than the majority of guests! We enjoy the grounds of the hotel and the swimming pool and breakfasts. Our only recommendations are to be more pet-friendly and keep better management of cleaning staff. However the breakfast staff is very good and the front desk are excellent. December 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room but with problems Stayed 2 nights on business. I am a Gold member and was bumped from an average room to a suite. The suite was first class in fittings, furniture and cleanliness. However the heater/air conditioning unit was like being next to a Boeing 747 at take off, very noisy, had to turn it off at night. The morning was a bit of a shock, very nice walk in shower, but it had no hot water, barely tepid, both mornings. I was certainly awake after the shower. November 28, 2014
