Two friends and I met at your hotel for the weekend to edit a book we have co-written. We used your business center and great room for 2 solid days. Jeff and Shea at the front desk were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we had everything we needed and checked on us throughout the day.
I did not get the name of the lady that was staffing the breakfast area but she was so friendly! And the food was excellent.

The Breakfast was just ok. The coffee was cold and juice was hot. The hotel is dated and needs an over haul. The common areas are dingy. The tub makes horrible noises all night long. The bathrooms had no vent fan therefore, was covered in black mold. Under the sink had mold in the grout as well. The bathroom trash can had no liner for it, we had no shampoo but, 1 conditioner and 1 and 1/2 bottles of lotion. That tells me the HK Staff does not check on the status of bottle's because one had been used. The carpet is stained and grimy. Keep your shoes on.

The hotel is very nice and the only thing that ruined our stay was the morning front desk staff.
We had a broken bed in our room but since we arrived very late decided to wait until the morning to report the problem.
We reported the broken bed at check out and were immediately told that it couldn't be broken because all the rooms had new mattresses. I suggested that someone check out the bed upon which I was told again that I was wrong.
I was very upset so I left before continuing the argument but made sure that we stayed at a different HIE on our way home.

Everything was up to IHG usual standards of great quality for the value they provided me and my family, especially when it comes time to get off the road, it really is a wonderful place to stay.

Very helpful staff.. He made sure the room was fragrance free as requested and that the same would occur on the return trip.

We stayed here for two 'reward' nights. We got a room with a view... (see photo) Although we did not come to this hotel for a room with a nice view, we were somewhat disappointed that we got this kind of view for a reward night. In our opinion a reward night should mean something extra and not a room with the worst view of all the rooms.
The room itself with two queen beds was not really clean. Dust on the floor, smelly. Beds did not look and feel clean. One of the beds was really damaged so bad we could not use it. When we mentioned this at the staff next morning they said all the beds were replaced 3-4 weeks ago. If that was really true then somebody had really damaged that bed in 4 weeks....
Anyway, no action taken by the staff. We ended up sleeping together in 1 queen bed.

Overnighted on road trip from Illinois to Florida. Location was perfect. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, room comfortable and spacious.
