Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Breakfast variety not so great Breakfast Variety was not the greatest. One day there was Greek yogurt the next there wasn't any. Had folded over eggs with cheese most of the week not good. Mostly Turkey sausage in the morning not enough pork sausage or bacon. a couple of days fruit was scarce. Apples were softer than usual but the banana's were great. April 18, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My opinion We had a little trouble finding this motel. The room was very comfortable and adequate, however, it seemed rather small. We needed another electrical outlet in the bathroom as we wanted to plug in a night light and there was no where to plug it in as my husband needed the one plugin for his oxygen machine. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Worth The Lower Price You can tell this is an older hotel with older furnishings but that's no excuse for the lack of cleanliness. Visible dirt was seen on the carpet especially in corners, dirty washcloths were left in the bathroom, and hair from a previous tenant was seen on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The refrigerator had an odor to it as if it hadn't been properly cleaned out before. I also had difficulty in switching rooms when i first arrived (didn't want to be right next to the elevator as I had an early appointment the next day). Guest services said they would research the availability of a similar room and would call me back in 10 minutes. Over an hour later I had to call them back because I hadn't heard from them yet. Apparently they had change shifts and had not notified the relief person of the situation at hand. Had to notify the new person of what was going on, who was much more helpful but I still had to wait a half hour for a key to a new room. I would rather book the other Holiday Inn Express in town again (the one closer to downtown is much better) rather than this hotel. March 23, 2016
