Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and service I really enjoyed the stay at the Holiday Inn Express located in Colorado Springs (Airport Location). I was greeted very well by the front desk clerk, she also was very knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding area which made my stay very accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding along with the fitness center so I will be looking forward to my next visit to Colorado Springs so I can enjoy this pleasant experience again. November 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Birthday Celebration I booked 2 rooms; 1 on points and paid for the other. The process was great. This was to celebrate my daughters birthday. Everything was great. The only issue was that the hot tub was out of service......was looking forward to that relaxation. Overall was a great stay! November 10, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express Suite First I want to shout out kudos to the front desk staff and the young lady that worked the breakfast dinning area. The hotel was very nice and quiet during our two night stay. The breakfast was excellent and very well maintained. We had a suite room which was a private bedroom with a living room with a pull-out sofa. We have a 13yr old and we like to have our privacy, so these rooms work out best for us. The issue I had was that the pull-out bed had no linens on it and was covered with chips etc. I went to the front desk and told them the issue and they said it would be taken care of right away. The house-service person showed up quickly but just handed me the linens and left. Did not bother to come to inspect or clean. The following morning my wife found a white pill (drug) under the legs of the bed. She picked it up and gave it to me, as I inspected I could tell that it wasn't asprin. I didn't say anything to management about it that day but it bothered me. The morning we departed I spoke with a very nice lady at the desk and discussed my expectations of cleaning underneath sofa beds and told her of my finding of the pill. I was very concerned that such avoidance would lead into some young toddler picking up this type of stuff missed during room cleaning. The desk lady agreed and promised that she would pass my information to the Manager. October 19, 2015
