I'm average height and could hardly wash my face in the Bowl that came up as high as my chest. HI, what were you thinking? It was literally painful trying to lean into that bowl to wash my face... Other that that I love your place. Very clean and relaxing! August 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Deal This place is one of the best Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed in the TV was great. The Staff very nice and professional to the T. Lots of places to eat and the casino near by. The internet was good even though it poured the rain down. At other Holiday Inns when it rains you loose internet and TV because of the use of Satellite would be my guess. This Holiday Inn lives up to its name and is well worth the 10 miles drive out of Charleston to stay if you compare it to the other not so good Holiday Inns near by. August 21, 2015

Although our stay was for a sad reason, the hotel did nothing to add to our stress.We will definitely try to stay at this hotel when we return to the area for happier occasions. August 17, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience A number of negative issues with this motel. Hard to find. Site map on the reservation web site is incorrect. Shows the motel on the wrong side of the interstate highway. Lack of signage makes it difficult to find even when you know the correct location. Terrible excuse for an exercise room. Only one piece of equipment was in working condition and there were no free weights to provide an option to the lack of equipment. Check out room charge was incorrect. Amount on bill was substantially higher than confirmed rate and the desk clerk was reluctant to give me the pre-confirmed rate ( for which I had a printed copy) until I insisted. August 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful hotel due to its staff The hotel room and bathroom is very clean, and the entire staff - from the people at the front desk to the groundskeepers - are very friendly and courteous. The price is extremely reasonable considering the level of comfort, cleanliness, and service you receive. The price also includes free wifi and a hot breakfast in the morning. The breakfast includes your choice of such items as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, English muffins, bagels and cream cheese, some pastries, fresh pancakes, milk, assorted juice, or coffee. The hotel is close enough to the off-ramp of 77 to be very convenient (take the Institute exit, stay to the right, and then turn right at the light. Drive about one minute and then turn left at the Golden Corral) but just far enough to have a quiet atmosphere. If you need to pick up something from Walmart or have a bite to eat, this hotel is also close to many different eateries and Walmart is literally less than five minutes away. I would also like to add that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is the best that it can be. Leanna - I hope I spelled her name right - went above and beyond to fix an issue for me, and the issue was not the fault of the hotel. When you are six hours from home and frustrated when an issue arises it can seem like an overwhelming situation, but Leanna smoothed everything over when she didn't have to do so. That shows you what kind of people work at this establishment. The kind that truly care about their customers. August 14, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Train your staff more When I checked in the front desk person first told me that she couldn't put in my membership number until after they took all of my information including my method of payment. I was confused by this because I was told that having a membership would make check in faster since I wouldn't have to give all of my info every time. Anyways, after giving all of my info we gave her my husbands credit card as our form of payment, signed our paper and left. Once we left I received a notification from my bank saying that my credit card had been charged for the room (not my husbands) when I asked the front desk how this happened they said my card must be linked to my account. After telling them several times that I didn't want the charges on my account and basically telling them they needed to take my husbands card again and then verifying yet again that they had the right card, we finally had it taken care of. Except that the charges showed on my account for several days which was a huge inconvenience. August 13, 2015
