The rooms were clean and quiet. The food that was offfered was good. Breakfast buffet was lacking I think. I am a smoker and there was no where in the bar area to smoke inside. I talked with several other bar patrons who felt the same way. Outside area for smoking was provided. What was lacking in the bar and breakfast areas were slight. The staff more than made up for those minor complaints. The hotel is off the beaten path and I feel that the local and hotel shuttle are getting a little carried away with the taxi fees compared to the many other I have taken. Just be sure and request a metered taxi and the meter starts on zero.

- Unbearable horrid stench and bad odors on the 4th floor
- Lack of proper cooler box and adequate bathroom essentials.
- Poor inhotel food choice.
- over hiked up prices at grocery at lobby and hotel taxis.

i stayed there for three days, the hotel is good located in a quite area and its avereg holiday inn express but there were something annoying me the smell in the halls was really bad in floor 1 and the mini gym was very poor but the staff was exlent especially the Indian girl at the front desk she honored my platinum statues and make early check in for me .

The rooms are a good size along with a work station. The bathrooms are very nice and the internet connection is very fast. The check in is quick and you are greeted with a warm smile.

The overall experience with the hotel is great but I would like to suggest some improvements for the hotel.
The hotel may want to look into the following:
1. The air-cond is not adjustable as it is centralized at the temperature of 21
2. The breakfast shall add variety that change the hot food menu. I suggest turkey ham over sausages on daily meal.
The location is quiet and I like such environment. It is the nearest to Dubai Marina and The Walk by taking metro bus.

Holiday Inn Express internet city is always my choice whenever m in Dubai. I stay there since more than 3 years.
Many changes have occured, a new wardrobe, new plasma TVs, they increased the breakfast items, a large variety now.
As platinum member I am receiving water on daily basis and discounts on food and beverage which is an excellent deal.
The staff are lovely especially at the reception the smile never leaves their faces.
Always recommend it and will be my first and last choice

It was wonderful. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, linens were clean. The bed was good enough to not be lumpy. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Out of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip (4), this was by far the best one. We didn't stay at another Holiday Inn Express on our trip, but the next time, we will be actively looking for them.
