Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Nice staff, shame about lack of investment The staff here are very nice an willing but are let down by the overall look and feel within the hotel. It needs a re-fresh to bring up-to-date in so many areas from the state of the shower to the quality of breakfast. The gym equipment was mostly broken and a/c was an open window. Generally they need to design the space with a little less Brown colour being used. October 27, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Bad Experiance I'm a regular customer here. I come every 2-3 month for a week. I'm a platinum member 727566388 also @ IHG group. However, this time, they did the following; 1. Having Dinner @ the BAR (GND FLOOR); they refused to make it credit during check out to pay and they insist, I pay it now. 2. They mixed up my name and my guest + they cancel all info. registered. So, we had to fill it all up again. Which make it very bad and delayed our check out for almost 30min. I was really shocked on the way it was handled, where we did give all our info. correctly to the reception during check-in and still we had to everything again during check-out. October 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy AC and Poor Service When I checkedin late I was given a room with noisy AC. Too tired to complain then, I slept badly (my fault for not complaining straight away!?) and complained in the morning. When I came back to the hotel that evening I enquired at Reception to ensure the problem had been fixed before I went all the way to my room. Nobody knew anything about the issue! So, went to my room - and guess what - still noisy AC! So, had my complaint just been ignored or no action taken? The duty manager apologised and sorted a new room quickly - but I shouldn't have had the inconvenience in the first place. Also, why does Hoilday Inn have incorrect personal information on your forms when you check-in after an internet booking??? October 8, 2014
