The gentleman who checked me in said he couldn't give me the government rate because I didn't have my ID. But he said he would give me a $10 discount anyway. Then when I got my invoice the next morning it was charging me full price. I'm getting tired of these front desk people who quote you one price and charge you another. Also, wasn't very impressed with this hotel's gift package for Priority Club members - a bottle of water. Don't mean to sound ungrateful but I guess that's what I am. I guess I'm just really impressed with those hotels that put a little sack together for you with your favorite candy bar, a bottle of water, and some toiletries...

I checked into this hotel for 2 nights with my mother and sister. We are all professionals who lead busy lives and had chosen this destination to get some much needed rest and relaxation.
Unfortunately that did not happen. There were kids, and I mean a lot of kids, running up and down halls until early morning hours both nights. Guests were yelling out their doors at the kids but it did no good.
I did share this with the gal at the front desk Saturday morning and she was more interested in reading her book than she was hearing my concern.
I am a priority club member, and actually GM'd an IHG property for 7 years so I know how these surveys affect a property, but I do feel as though the property needs to know of our disastisfaction.
I didn't pay to stay at a low end hotel. I paid nearly for two nights and got two really poor nights of sleep because of lack of control of other guests, and then not to mention lack of concern from the front desk when we discussed this with her.
Nonetheless the hotel was very clean and the breakfast bar and pool area were very nice to enjoy.

I have been staying at this hotel an average of 2 nights a month for more than 5 years. It is constantly comfortable, clean with great staff. They always recognize my Platnium Status. This hotel is also in walking distance to great selction of restaurants. I recommend this hotel for business and vacation.

Checked in for one night. First room they gave me was already occupied. Thank God the occupants were not there, but their bags and food were. Next room the clerk gave me the room key wouldn't work. Back downstairs to get different key. Sent to another different room. This one was a handicap room with a funky smell, but was clean. The only real problem was the thermostat didn't control the temperature. It was eighty degrees in there, so I had to go over to the unit and completely shut it off for the room to cool off. Then was able to control it with the unit control.

I have stayed at this location many times before this brief stay. I really don't have anything negative to report although I do believe there are ways to improve your customers stay.
1. For anyone staying for the week or longer as I did several times, the breakfast was the same almost every or every other day. The scrambled eggs are terrible. The mini omelets actually aren't bad. The Biscuits, gravy, and sausage are good. The bacon, not so much.
2. Fresh coffee after breakfast buffet closes. Everyday when I would return from work or in the evening when your complimentary cookies are made I go for a coffee. I always find that it is whatever is left over from breakfast 5 or 6 hours earlier. It is never hot. I realize that there is coffee in my room but the nasty creamer in the rooms just doesn't cut it.
The staff at this location is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express Fort Collins. The service was excellent and they were very accommodating with a late departure. The bed was SUPER comfy and the rooms were clean and quiet.

for 4 years we have consistently chosen to stay here while our daughter attended CSU. We've had great success as customers and appreciate the clean rooms, excellent service, and relaxation. Thank you to the manager, Becky, who recently helped with a booking mishap. She was cooperative and kind as she helped with a billing issue. Now that our daughter has moved away from Ft. Collins, we will miss our visits.

I am not one to write reviews but i stayed here for a night on a business trip. I Checked in late just to sleep, wake up early, shower and shaved. I get a call later while working from the manager accusing me of having a dog in the room and basically blaming that there was damage to the room. She told me i would get a call back. I called later that night and she was not in. Was told i would get a call the next morning, nothing. I would have appreciated a simple apology for not doing her research into things before accusing me. I am a gold member so i stay many times at the HIE but this has made me question where i should stay.

This hotel provided the best recognition for priority club members - of any status - I have ever experienced. A little pricey but good central location. Have stayed here 2x this year for different weekend events and have had a good experience each time.

Everytime we go to FT collins, and that ranges from 2 x month to every other month, we stay here. Wonderful staff, great service
and rooms are very confortable.

Overall a very modern and clean environment - our stay was relaxing - We enjoyed the coffee and breakfasts - labelling the pillows as firm vs soft was helpful - My only issue was that I tryed to cash a travellers cheque and the front desk staff indicated they could not do that - It surprised me that a major hotel chain was not able to cash travellers cheques -
